1 1. General conditions of baggage transportation Appendix 2. Rules of baggage transportation The Norm of the Baggage carried on the aircrafts of Pobeda Airlines LLC at no additional charge is Baggage, the maximum weight not exceeding 10 kg, which is transported as a Registered Baggage. For an additional fee, the Passenger is allowed to carry in the cabin of the aircraft not more than two pieces of Baggage. Each piece should not weigh more than 10kg and dimensions not more than 115cm for the sum of three dimensions. If the Baggage exceeds the above requirements, and for any reason is considered unsafe for carriage in the cabin of an aircraft, it must be transported as a Registered Baggage with payment for its carriage. The combination or division of the Baggage by summation and / or redistribution of certain parameters of the Baggage allowance (its weight or dimensions) standard is not permitted. The cost and procedure of payment for the Baggage are published in the official website in the section Tariffs and Fees. The Baggage Fee is charged for each piece of the Baggage accepted for carriage in excess of the established rate for transportation without an additional fee of the Registered Baggage up to 10kg. 2. Items that are not accepted or prohibited for carriage as Baggage In order to ensure aviation safety on flights, the Carrier prohibits the carriage in the cabin of an aircraft of the following items: corkscrews; needles for subcutaneous injections (unless a medical certificate is provided); knitting needles; scissors; foldable (without clip) travel or pocket knives. Pobeda Airlines LLC does not recommend Passengers to carry in the Registered Baggage money, jewellery, precious metals, keys, video cameras, computers, medicines, spectacles, sunglasses, contact lenses, watches, mobile phones, personal electronic devices, negotiable securities, securities or other valuables, business documents, passports or other identification documents or samples. The list of the items prohibited from carriage as Baggage, is specified in Appendix B. 3. Transportation of musical instruments Transportation of musical instruments shall be effected both in the baggage compartment and in the cabin of an aircraft. The transportation rules for baggage carried in the passenger's seat shall be applied in case of transportation of baggage carried in the cabin of an aircraft. Musical instruments, which exceed the maximum dimensions of baggage in the cabin of an aircraft - 115cm for the sum of three dimensions (e.g., guitar, cello, violin, or viola) may be carried in the cabin of an aircraft only if a separate seat has been paid for them for the
2 passenger tariffs effective at the time of purchase. The weight of such Baggage shall not exceed 75kg and its dimensions must allow to place it in a separate passenger seat. The packing of the baggage carried in the cabin of the aircraft shall allow its fastening to the passenger seat. The passenger should contact the call center in order to book and pay for the additional seat. When buying an additional seat the baggage allowance does not increase. Mobile phones and personal electronic devices with wireless communication modules can only be carried as Carry-on Luggage, and should be switched to "Flight mode" (in the absence of this mode, the appliance must be switched off) immediately following the closure of the aircraft s doors before its departure. If the Passenger requires injections during the flight, it is permitted to bring syringes to the cabin of the aircraft, but only upon presentation of the relevant medical certificate. 4. Carriage of pets Pobeda Airlines LLC accepts dogs, cats, working dogs, and also birds to be carried only in the cabin of an aircraft. Not to be accepted as a Registered Baggage, or as a Baggage in the aircraft cabin are the objects which may cause damage to the aircraft, persons, or property on board the aircraft, as well as animals and birds (excluding pets / birds and working dogs), insects, fish planting material, reptiles, rodents, experimental and sick animals. Besides, objects and substances whose air transportation as a Baggage is prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation, international treaties of the Russian Federation, as well as by the legislation of the country, to the territory from or through the territory of which the transportation is carried out, are not allowed for the carriage. Attention: animals / birds and working dogs (excluding guide dogs), regardless of weight (total weight of the container (cage) and animal food / birdseed) shall not be included in the rate of the Baggage carried without additional charge and are paid according to the tariffs published on the website

Pets/birds and dogs during transportation should be placed in a special container (cage) of certain dimensions, providing the necessary comfort during transportation, with access for air and a secure fastener (lock) excluding spontaneous opening of the cage during the flight. The bottom of the container (cage) should be thick, water resistant and covered with absorbent material. Spilling of the absorbent material from the container (cage) should be excluded. A cage for birds should be covered with thick cloth not allowing penetration of light. A bag (carrier) is allowed for transportation in the aircraft cabin as a container. The passenger should feed the animal and give it water, and obligatorily examine it not later than 2 hours prior to departure. The Passenger is prohibited from letting the animal leave the container (cage) and feed it during the flight. Animals/birds and dogs are accepted for transportation on the condition that the Passenger bears full responsibility for them. The passenger is obliged to comply with all the requirements of the Carrier and to reimburse to the Carrier the losses and additional costs and expenses, which can arise during the transportation of the animal/bird (arising due to noncompliance with the Carrier's rules, harm and damage incurred to the Carrier's property, to its employees, as well as resulting from causing damage to the health and property of other Passengers).
