3) VMC minimá vo vzdušnom priestore triedy A sú uvedené na usmernenie pilotov a neznamená to, že lety VFR vo vzdušnom priestore triedy A sú povolené Lety VFR sa nesmú vykonávať, pokiaľ nebolo leteckým úradom stanovené inak: Notes: 1) When the height of the transition altitude is lower than ft (3 050 m) AMSL, FL 100 should be used in lieu of ft. 2) When so prescribed by appropriate ATS authority the flights shall be operated: a) Flight visibilities reduced to not less than m may be permitted for flights operating: i) at speeds that, in the prevailing visibility, will give an adequate opportunity to observe other traffic or any obstacles in time to avoid a collision; or ii) in circumstances in which the probability of encounters with other traffic would normally be low, e.g. in areas of low volume traffic and for aerial work at low levels. b) Helicopters may be permitted to operate in less than m flight visibility, if manoeuvred at a speed that will give adequate opportunity to observe other traffic or any obstacles in time to avoid collision. 3) The VMC minima in Class A airspace are included for guidance to pilot and do not imply acceptance of VFR flights in Class A airspace Unless authorized by the Civil Aviation Authority, VFR flights shall not be operated: a) nad FL 195 a a) above FL 195, and b) pri transsonických a supersonických rýchlostiach. b) at transonic and supersonic speeds.

2 ENR S výnimkou vzletu alebo pristátia alebo s výnimkou povolenia vydaného leteckým úradom, musí byť let VFR vykonávaný: a) nad husto zastavanými miestami alebo zhromaždiskom ľudí na voľnom priestranstve vo výške, ktorá nesmie byť menšia než ft (300 m) nad najvyššou prekážkou v okruhu 600 m od lietadla; pre horúcovzdušné balóny sa táto výška stanovuje nad 170 ft (50 m); b) kdekoľvek inde, než je uvedené v odseku ENR a) vo výške nie menšej než 500 ft (150 m) nad zemou alebo vodou; pre horúcovzdušné balóny sa táto výška stanovuje nad 170 ft (50 m) Let VFR, ktorý sa vykonáva v cestovnej hladine vyššej ako ft (2 450 m) MSL alebo vyššej ako ft (300 m) nad zemou alebo vodou (ak je táto vyššia ako ft (2 450 m) MSL), s výnimkou letov vetroňov, závesných klzákov, padákových klzákov, horúcovzdušných balónov a s výnimkou, keď je v letovom povolení alebo Leteckým úradom Slovenskej republiky povolené inak, sa musí vykonávať v letovej hladine, ktorá zodpovedá letenej trati predpísanej tabuľkami cestovných hladín v predpise L 2, Dodatok 3, odsek a) Lety križujúce štátnu hranicu sa v riadenom vzdušnom priestore vo FIR BRATISLAVA (pozri podsekciu ENR 2.1) musia vykonávať po stanovených tratiach ATS, pokiaľ nie je vydané zvláštne povolenie leteckého úradu, ako aj stanovišťom ATC Piloti letov VFR musia dodržiavať ustanovenia predpisu L 2, ustanovenie 3.6, ak: AIP SLOVENSKÁ REPUBLIKA Except when necessary for take-off or landing, or except by permission from the Civil Aviation Authority, a VFR flight shall not be flown: a) over the congested areas of cities, towns or settlements or over an open-air assembly of persons at a height less than ft (300 m) above the highest obstacle within a radius of 600 m from the aircraft; for hot air balloons this height is stated over 170 ft (50 m); b) elsewhere than as specified in para. ENR a), at a height less than 500 ft (150 m) above the ground or water, for hot air balloons this height is stated over 170 ft (50 m) Except where otherwise indicated in air traffic control clearances or specified by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Slovak Republic, VFR flight in level cruising flight, except for gliders, hang gliders, paragliders and hot air balloons, when operated above ft (2 450 m) MSL or ft (300 m) from the ground or water, if higher as ft (2 450 m) MSL, shall be conducted at a flight level appropriate to the track as specified in the Tables of cruising levels in ICAO Annex 2, Appendix 3, para. a) Flights crossing the state boundary within the controlled airspace of BRATISLAVA FIR (see subsection ENR 2.1) must be conducted using designated ATS routes, unless special permission has been granted by the Civil Aviation Authority and by the appropriate ATC unit VFR flights shall comply with the provisions of ICAO Annex 2, provision 3.6 when: a) letia vo vzdušnom priestore tried C a D; a) operated within Classes C and D airspace; b) tvoria súčasť letiskovej prevádzky na riadenom letisku; b) forming part of aerodrome traffic at controlled aerodromes; c) vykonávajú zvláštny let VFR. c) operated as special VFR flight Odovzdanie informácií o lete VFR VFR flight information handover Poznámka 1: Postupy na predkladanie letových plánov sa upravujú ustanoveniami v podsekcii ENR Poznámka 2: Predloženie letového plánu sa považuje za vyjadrenie požiadavky na poskytovanie ATS v rozsahu definovanom triedou vzdušného priestoru Oblastné stredisko riadenia letovej prevádzky (ACC) Bratislava neprijíma FPL podávané telefonicky. FPL musí byť podaný najbližšej vhodnej ohlasovni letových prevádzkových služieb V letovom pláne VFR podanom na let do/zo zahraničia, ktorý zamýšľa vykonať mimo riadený vzdušný priestor (pozri podsekciu ENR 2.1), musí pilot v poli 18 FPL uviesť vstupný/ výstupný význačný bod preletu hranice FIR (pozri odsek ENR ), alebo ak na hraniciach FIR nie sú stanovené význačné body, určiť miesto vstupu/výstupu zemepisným miestom alebo smerom a vzdialenosťou od zemepisného miesta zobrazeného na leteckej mape ICAO 1 : ABCD Slovak Republic spolu s predpokladanou dobou letu na hranice od bodu vzletu. Pri vstupe do vzdušného priestoru Slovenskej republiky musí pilot dodržať predpokladaný čas preletu hranice FIR podľa FPL, v rozmedzí +/- 10 minút. Príklad: EET/LZBB 0050 DEVIN V prípade letu VFR, ktorý bude prelietavať riadeným vzdušným priestorom (napr. prelet CTR/TMA) alebo prilietavajúceho na letisko v CTR (s výnimkou skupinových letov a letov VFR v noci, vykonávaných letúnmi), vstupujúceho do riadeného vzdušného priestoru z priestoru triedy G, sa za predloženie letového plánu na časť letu v riadenom vzdušnom priestore považuje, ak pilot ohlási príslušnému stanovišťu ATC údaje v súlade s podsekciou ENR 1.2, odsek Note 1: Flight plan submission procedures are set down in subsection ENR Note 2: The flight plan submission is considered as a demand on ATS provision in extension conforming to the class of the airspace Bratislava Area Control Centre (ACC) does not accept FPL by telephone. FPL has to be submitted to the nearest suitable air traffic services reporting office In VFR FPL submitted for flights to/from abroad intended to be conducted out of controlled airspace (see subsection ENR 2.1), the pilot shall indicate in the field 18 of FPL an entry/exit significant point of crossing the FIR boundary (see para. ENR ) or if there are no designated significant points shall indicate entry/exit point by geographical place or the direction and distance from geographical place depicted on the Aeronautical Chart ICAO 1 : ABCD Slovak Republic along with the estimated elapsed flying time to the boundary from the point of departure. When entering the Slovak airspace, the pilot shall adhere to the estimated time of crossing of the FIR boundary according to the FPL, with an accuracy of +/- 10 minutes. Example: EET/LZBB 0050 DEVIN In the case the VFR flight is about to cross controlled airspace (e.g. CTR/TMA etc.) or to arrive at an aerodrome within CTR (except for formation flights and VFR night flights conducted by airplanes) entering controlled airspace from the airspace class G, the data described in subsection ENR 1.2, para passed to respective ATC unit by the pilot are considered to be a flight plan data for part of flight within controlled airspace.

ENR , ENR , ENR must be transmitted also in case of loss of radio contact or failing to establish contact - transmitting blind For the purpose of providing information to aerodrome traffic during a complex traffic, it is possible to establish at aerodrome a post of aeronautical mobile station operator (further on referred to as a CTAF operator) Rozsah informácií vysielaných operátorom CTAF: The extent of information transmitted by the CTAF operator is: a) dráha v používaní, a) RWY in use, b) smer a rýchlosť vetra, b) wind direction and speed, c) letiskový tlak QNH, c) aerodrome QNH, d) informácie o známej letiskovej prevádzke, d) information about known aerodrome traffic, e) informácie, ktoré môžu byť prospešné. e) any other useful information. Example: Pilot: "BOLERAZ TRAFFIC, OM ABC on final RWY 22, landing". CTAF Operator: "OM ABC, BOLERAZ TRAFFIC, QNH 1010, wind 050, 5 m/s ATZ is established in the Slovak Republic on aerodromes where neither air traffic control service nor AFIS is provided or outside ATC unit OPR HR. It is specified by a horizontal circle with a radius of 3 NM and with its centre at ARP, extending vertically from the surface of the ground up to the altitude of ft. If any airspace class C or D, prohibited (P), restricted (R), danger (D), Temporary Segregated Area (TSA), Temporary Reserved Airspace (TRA) protrude into an ATZ airspace defined as mentioned above, the outside boundaries of such ATZ are formed by the outer boundaries of these airspaces during the period of their activation Vykonávanie zvláštnych letov VFR (ZVFR) Conducting of special VFR flights (SVFR) Podmienky na vykonávanie letov ZVFR Conditions of SVFR flight operation Postupy na vykonávanie ZVFR sa uplatňujú v CTR s výnimkou MCTR. The procedures for conducting of SVFR flights are applied in CTRs with exemption of MCTRs. Except when a clearance is obtained from an ATC unit, VFR flights shall not takeoff or land at an aerodrome within a control zone, or enter the aerodrome traffic zone or traffic pattern when the ceiling is less than ft (450 m) or when the ground visibility is less than 5 km. Special VFR flights are allowed to operate during the day only, clear of clouds and in sight of the surface, with minimum ground and flight visibility m (for helicopters 800 m).

METROV, NEMÔŽEM SCHVÁLIŤ AKO VFR LET, OZNÁMTE ZÁMERY" Ak ani potom pilot riadeného letu VFR nepožiada o vykonanie zvláštneho letu VFR, tak stanovište ATC: When ground visibility is less than 5 km, but not less than m (for helicopters 800 m) or when ceiling is less than ft (450 m) and a pilot of VFR flight is not asking for clearance to perform the special VFR flight, the ATC unit notifies him of the actual meteorological conditions and ask the pilot to advise his intentions. The recommended phrase: "(the call sign), CEILING... FEET, GROUND VISIBILITY... METRES, UNABLE TO APPROVE AS VFR FLIGHT, ADVISE YOUR INTENTIONS" If the pilot, although he has obtained the actual meteorological conditions is not asking for clearance to conduct the special VFR flight the ATC unit is authorized: v prípade odletu nevydá povolenie na odlet, in case of departure - not to issue a departure clearance, v prípade príletu nevydá povolenie na vstup do CTR. in case of arrival - not to issue an entry clearance into the control zone Povinnosťou pilota letu VFR, ktorému stanovište ATC nevydalo letové povolenie na vykonanie zvláštneho letu VFR, je oznámiť jeho ďalšie úmysly (napr. čakanie na vyhovujúce poveternostné podmienky, predloženie FPL na let IFR, pristátie na najbližšom vhodnom letisku, atď.) Stanovište ATC má právo, z prevádzkových dôvodov, nevydať povolenie na vykonanie zvláštneho letu VFR V odôvodnených prípadoch môže stanovište ATC hladinovo obmedziť zvláštny let VFR tak, aby letel buď v alebo nie nad hladinou stanovenou stanovišťom ATC Pretože zvláštne lety VFR sú vykonávané v nižších hladinách, je dôležité, aby si pilot lietadla uvedomil, že povolenie vydané stanovišťom ATC na vykonanie zvláštneho letu VFR ho nezbavuje povinnosti dodržiavať minimálne výšky (pozri predpis L 2, ustanovenie a 4.6) V prípade radarového vedenia zvláštneho letu VFR je veliteľ lietadla zodpovedný za zabránenie zrážky s terénom a prekážkami a je povinný: a) dodržať meteorologické podmienky, ktoré nebudú horšie, než podmienky stanovené pre zvláštny let VFR; b) okamžite ohlásiť príslušnému stanovišťu ATS, že meteorologické podmienky dosiahli minimá VMC. Poznámka: V súlade s predpisom L 4444 sa zvláštne lety VFR nesmú viesť radarom, pokiaľ si tak nevynútia zvláštne okolnosti (napríklad núdzové situácie) Povinnosťou pilota je okamžite oznámiť stanovišťu ATC, ak nemôže postupovať v súlade s vydaným letovým povolením Postupy ZVFR pri strate rádiového spojenia lietadlo - zem Ak v prípade príletu na riadené letisko pilot riadeného letu VFR obdrží od stanovišťa ATC povolenie na vykonanie zvláštneho letu VFR a následne dôjde k obojsmernej strate spojenia, potom je povinnosťou pilota: If the ATC unit doesn t issue a clearance to conduct a special VFR flight the pilot of VFR flight will be obliged to report his intentions (e. g. waiting for meteorological conditions improvement, submission of FPL for IFR flight, landing at the nearest suitable aerodrome etc.) The ATC unit is authorized to refuse an issue of a clearance to pilot for conducting the special VFR flight due to traffic situation In case of need the ATC unit can instruct the pilot to fly at or not above the altitude assigned by ATC unit Because the special VFR flights usually operate at lower altitudes it is necessary for pilot to take into account that the clearance issued by ATC unit doesn t release him from obligation to keep the rules of flying in minimum heights (see ICAO Annex 2, provisions and 4.6) In case of radar vectoring of a special VFR flight, the pilot-in-command is responsible for avoiding collision with the terrain and obstructions and he is obliged: a) to adhere to meteorological conditions which shall not be below the conditions which are prescribed for special VFR flights; b) to inform immediately appropriate ATS unit when meteorological conditions will reach VMC minima. Note: In accordance with ICAO Doc 4444 the special VFR flights shall not be radar vectored unless special circumstances, such as emergencies, dictate otherwise The pilot is obliged to inform immediately the ATC unit when unable to comply with ATC clearance Action for SVFR in the event of air - ground communication failure When a clearance for conducting of special VFR flight has been issued to the controlled VFR flight and subsequently the air - ground communication failure happens the pilot is complusory: a) nevstúpiť do CTR, alebo ho opustiť, a) not to enter the CTR or to leave the CTR, b) ak je lietadlo vybavené odpovedačom SSR, nastaviť kód 7600, b) to set transponder to Code 7600, if the aircraft is equipped with, c) vysielaním naslepo odovzdať informácie o polohe a svojich úmysloch, c) to inform the ATC unit about position and intentions by transmitting blind, d) pristáť na najbližšom vhodnom letisku a pristátie ohlásiť čo najskôr najbližšiemu stanovišťu ATS. d) to land at the nearest suitable aerodrome and inform as soon as possible the nearest ATS unit about landing.

8 ENR Ak pilot zvláštneho letu VFR obdrží od stanovišťa ATC povolenie na priblíženie na pristátie a následne dôjde k obojsmernej strate spojenia, potom bude pokračovať v priblížení na pristátie v súlade s vydaným a potvrdeným letovým povolením a: AIP SLOVENSKÁ REPUBLIKA When the SVFR flight is given by a clearance for approach to land and subsequently the air - ground communication failure happens the pilot of such flight is obliged to proceed in accordance with the issued and acknowledged flight clearance for approach to land and: a) ak je lietadlo vybavené odpovedačom SSR, nastaví kód 7600, a) to set transponder to Code 7600, if the aircraft is equipped with, b) vysielaním naslepo odovzdá informácie o polohe a svojich b) to inform the appropriate ATC unit about position and intentions úmysloch. by transmitting blind. Poznámka: Ak to bude možné, odovzdá letisková riadiaca veža pilotovi lietadla v priebehu priblíženia na pristátie svetelné signály, preto je povinnosťou pilota ZVFR sledovať v priebehu priblíženia na pristátie letiskovú riadiacu vežu a riadiť sa svetelnými signálmi Ak po vzlete ZVFR dôjde k obojsmernej strate spojenia, bude pilot odlietavajúceho lietadla postupovať v súlade s letovým povolením vydaným TWR a: Note: If possible the TWR gives and instruction to the pilot by light signals and therefore he is compulsory to watch the TWR during the approach to land and proceed in accordance with the light signals dispatched from TWR When the air - ground communication failure happens after departure of SVFR flight, the pilot is obliged to proceed in accordance with the flight clearance issued by TWR and: a) ak je lietadlo vybavené odpovedačom SSR, nastaví kód 7600, a) to set transponder to Code 7600, if the aircraft is equipped with, b) vysielaním naslepo odovzdá informácie o polohe a svojich b) to inform the appropriate ATC unit about position and intentions úmysloch, by transmitting blind, c) po opustení CTR pristane na najbližšom vhodnom letisku c) to land at the nearest suitable aerodrome after leaving CTR and a pristátie oznámi čo najskôr najbližšiemu stanovišťu ATS. to inform the nearest ATS unit about landing as soon as possible. Note: If the procedure in para. ENR c) is not applied the relevant state of emergency will be initiated by TWR The pilot of SVFR flight with air - ground communication failure shall be aware of the fact that other air traffic not known to him can be conducted in CTR and therefore he should avoid a sudden and unjustified flight direction/altitude changes The pilot of SVFR flight with air - ground communication failure is obliged to watch carefully the other traffic in the vicinity of the SVFR flight and to avoid this traffic whenever necessary In case of the air - ground communication failure the ATC unit, assumes that the pilot of relevant SVFR flight complies with the last received and acknowledged clearance or proceeds in accordance with procedures mentioned in para. ENR and ENR The appropriate ATC unit provides the separation of such SVFR flight from other traffic based on this assumption Vykonávanie letov VFR v noci Conducting of VFR flights at night Rozdelenie letov VFR v noci Classification of VFR night flights Lety v okrsku letiska Flights in aerodrome zone Za lety VFR v noci v okrsku letiska sa považujú: VFR night flights in aerodrome zone are: a) lety v CTR letiska a a) flights within CTR of aerodrome; and b) lety na letisku, kde CTR nie je stanovené.
