13 When an aircraft leaves late, it backs up all flight for the day and all flights will leave late. Anyone leaving 15 minutes after the scheduled flight should be charged a no show fee. We need to enforce that ALL students arrive at least 30 minutes before a flight. 3/22/

14 Fuel calls should be made prior to landing. 3/22/

15 After 30 minutes, if you have not left, cancel flight and charge a no show. The latest you should be leaving for your flight is 15 minutes after the hour. 3/22/
