6 Having regard to the order of the Ministers of Finance and Industry and Energy dated 16 December 2003, fixing the fixed duty due as for the requests of establishment and renewal of the mining titles, Having regard to the order of the Minister of Industry and Energy dated 1st March 2004, fixing the lodging methods of the mining titles requests, Having regard to the order of the Minister of Industry, Energy and small and medium sized enterprises dated 4 June 2009 establishing an exploration license of the fourth group mineral substances located in a place called Jebel Rkaiz El Beidha in the governorate of Gafsa for the benefit of Mr. Ali Ben Hassine Bou Allagui, Having regard to the request lodged at the general directorate of mines on 22 February 2011 by which Mr. Ali Ben Hassine Bou Allagui has requested the grant of an exploration concession of fourth group mineral substances located in a place called Jebel Rkaiz El Beidha in the governorate of Gafsa, entirely involved in the perimeter of the mentioned above research license, Having regard to the specifications annexed to the request and fixing the duties undertaken by the applicant in accordance with the provisions of article 44 of the mining code, Having regard to the favorable opinion issued by the mines advisory committee during its meeting of 17 December 2011, Having regard to the report of the mines director general. Orders the following : Article one - Is established for the benefit of Mr. Ali Ben Hassine Bou Allagui located on Gafsa, industrial city at Mohammed Bou Allagui, Gafsa 2100, an exploration concession of the fourth group minerals called the Jebel Rkaiz El Beidha located in the governorate of Gafsa, The exploration activities shall be undertaken according to the mining code and to the prescriptions of the specifications joint to the order herein. Art. 2 - The Jebel Rkaiz El Beidha exploration concession covers an area of 800 hectares and is edged by the tops and reference marks numbers appearing in the following table, in accordance with the above mentioned decree n dated 11 August 2003 : Tops Numbers of reference marks Art.3 - The Jebel Rkaiz El Beidha exploration concession is granted for a period of thirty years as from the date of publication of the order herein in the official gazette of the republic of Tunisia. Art. 4 - The holder of the exploration concession shall settle the situation of the lands with their owners before its occupancy, according to the provisions of the mining code. Art.5 - The order herein shall be published in the official gazette of the republic of Tunisia. 7 Having regard to the order of the Minister of Industry, Energy and small and medium- sized enterprises dated 4 June 2009 establishing the first renewal of the exploration concession of the fourth group mineral substances located in a place called Zemlet El Beidha-Oued Mestaoua in the governorate of Tataouine for the benefit of Knauf the plasters company, Having regard to the report of the board of directors of the Tunisian plasters company dated 5 December 2006 changing the social designation of the company which replaced by Knauf the plasters and published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Tunisia on 23 February 2007, Having regard to the request lodged at the general directorate of mines on 28 October 2011 by which Knauf the plasters company has requested the grant of an exploration concession of fourth group mineral substances located in a place called Zemlet El Beidha-Oued Mestaoua entirely involved in the perimeter of the mentioned above research license, Having regard to the specifications annexed to the request and fixing the duties undertaken by the applicant in accordance with the provisions of article 44 of the mining code, Having regard to the favorable opinion issued by the advisory committee of mines during its meeting of 17 December 2011, Having regard to the report of the director general of mines.
