Fitness tes?ng session. 7pm: Welcome dinner - your introduc?on to truly healthy Balinese dishes! 8pm: Session with Hayley - a chance for individuals to discuss their goals for the retreat and a discussion on nutri?on, exercise and what holds people back from achieving their goals. This is a great chance to get to know each other and Hayley. Day 2 7am- 8.30am: Love My Body Bootcamp Session (a typical mix of cardio and strength training) 9am - 12noon: Breakfast followed by a jungle trek 12.30pm: Lunch 2.30pm: Cooking session (op?onal) 5pm - 6pm: Love My Body Bootcamp Session 7.30pm: Dinner Day am: Op?onal run group or separate power walk 7am am: Love My Body Bootcamp Session 9am: Breakfast 10am - 3pm: Time- out in Ubud 3pm pm: Spa or massage treatments 5pm: Walk to Sari Organik Restaurant for dinner 7.30pm: Return home

2 Day am: Departure for Lake Batur to climb the volcano by sunrise. An adventure not to be missed! Followed by a relaxing dip in the Hot Springs and a lay by the pool. 1pm: Lunch 2pm: Free?me to relax, nap or enjoy a tradi?onal Balinese massage (op?onal extra) 5pm - 6pm: Core/Stretch Session 7pm: Dinner Day am: Op?onal run group or separate power walk 7am - 8am: Love My Body Bootcamp Session Go to a nearby pool for the day 5.30pm pm: Love My Body Bootcamp Session 7.30pm: Celebra?on Dinner Day am - 8am: Love My Body Bootcamp Session 9.30am: Breakfast 11am: End of retreat. 3 Your Love My Body Sessions Your trainer will be coaching you through your Love My Body sessions. Different levels of fitness are no problems. You work at your own level. The Volcano Climb - Mt. Batur This is an exci?ng and challenging day. Anyone with an average level of fitness can achieve the goal of gefng to the top by sunrise. It is an outdoors experience - walking on steep footpaths, walking by torchlight for the first hour, the last km is quite steep, and of course naviga?ng your way down some rocky paths on the way back down. Your walking s?ck becomes your best friend. Reaching the top makes it all worthwhile. Take home a great sense of achievement and some amazing photos! There will be two to three guides with the group. They are very experienced, helpful and are there to give you a hand if you need it. Usually a group breaks into different paces and the guides split up accordingly. It is not a problem to walk at a slower pace, as you won t hold up others who may want to steam ahead. We have?me to relax at the top, so it s not a race. It s usually around a 4-5 hour round trip. Once you are relaxing in the hot springs, the 3am wake- up call will be a distant memory! hot springs mt. batur

4 Spa Sessions This is a highlight! Relax with a 1 & 1 2 hour tradi?onal Balinese treatment called a Mandi Lulur. You start with a relaxing massage incorpora?ng local oils, followed by a full exfolia?on scrub. A#er a rinse off, you relax in a bath full of flowers and finish up with a refreshing rinse and cool yoghurt to the skin. You will feel revived and refreshed! Cooking Classes This is very relaxed and informal. Staff will show you some of their secrets whilst you sit and drink your lemongrass tea. Everyone is welcome to have a go at grinding the spices with the mortar and pestle. We will a selec?on of our favourite recipes at the end of the retreat. Cooking classes

5 What to Pack Keep it simple. Travel light. Make the most of the daily laundry service. Fitness Sessions 4 sets of workout gear as a minimum. Sports water bo8le. Best to bring 2 pairs of shoes - one old pair for muddy condi?ons. Stretch Session Comfortable stretch pants and t- shirts. Walk & Treks Workout gear works best. Bring gear including sports shoes, that you don t mind gefng wet and dirty at?mes. Shoes We spend a lot of?me outdoors, so pack suitable sandals or thongs. Preferably bring 2 pairs of sport shoes as this allows?me for one pair to dry if necessary. Old shoes are the best! Everyday Lightweight casual clothes for the tropics. Long sleeve sweater/t- shirt and pants for the surprisingly cool evenings/early mornings. Sleep in whatever is comfortable for cool nights. Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, umbrella, insect repellent, refillable water bo8le - it s the tropics. Volcano/Hot Springs It s very cool when you start, but you will soon be warm. Wear layers. A nylon wind jacket is a good idea. We can provide you with a walking s?ck (the local version - a piece of sturdy ra8an). Swimming gear. Daypack - small torch, 2 refillable water bo8les (or a camelpak if you have one). Sport shoes are OK, but some peopel feel more comfortable in light hiking boots.

6 Bits & Pieces Bring an adaptor suitable for Indonesia if you need to use your charger. A reusable shopping back or daypack is a good idea to help avoid plas?c bags if you go shopping. Pack the camera. Check the ba8eries before you leave. There will be some?me to relax, so bring a book. We also have a library of books to share. Banned Narco@cs Don t even think about packing them! You will be terminated from the property. Be prepared to challenge yourself and have a lot of fun. Most importantly pack an open mind! You are about to have a very unique experience. 7 Handy Travel Hints The Airport Ensure that your passport is valid for 6 months with 1 empty page. Before you go through immigra?on you will have to pay $US25 for a visa in $AUD or $US. Cash only accepted. Allow RP150,000 departure tax (around $20). If you are unsure about the airport arrival process you might want to use one of the VIP arrival services now available. They will meet you in the arrivals hall and escort you through the en?re visa/customs/luggage process. There are many services. Google VIP Airport Service Bali for some results. This is one example: h8p://voabali.com/reserva?ons.html Group Transfers Your package includes group transfers to/from the retreat. We pick up at specified?mes from the airport or nearby hotels. You will be advised of group transfer arrangements once all guests details are confirmed. Money Local currency is Rupiah and the exchange rate does fluctuate. It s easy to change money, don t bother trying to get rupiah in Australia. ATM and currency exchange is available at the airport (no facili?es at the retreat). You will only need cash for your extras whilst on the retreat. Drinking Water Only drink bo8led water, including cleaning your teeth. Volcano sunrise

8 Staying in Touch We have mobile phone recep?on, but no landlines or WiFi. Ensure the global roaming is organised on your phone BEFORE you leave home. (Global roaming is expensive). Indonesia code is +62. To use your phone with a local sim card do the following: Your phone must be unlocked and ready to accept a new sim card BEFORE you leave home Bring the device to release the sim card on your iphone iphone 4 users have to have the sim card cut down - the card sellers usually do this for you Best to buy the new sim card and phone credit BEFORE you arrive at Ayung Sari Indah. You can buy these at the airport kiosk that sells drinks etc. We can buy more phone credit for you as needed. Meals Meals are a delighsul?me - we all eat together and our style is genuine village style Balinese food. Spicy vegetable, fish or chicken dishes accompany rice. Fruit is served with every meal. No preserva?ves and nothing packaged. Just fresh food. For safety reasons we are unable to accept guests who have a fatal allergy to any foods. We are not equipped to serve separate meals and as the closest hospital is 2 hours away we prefer not to put anyone at risk. (There is an interna?onal standard clinic in Ubud). Safety Make sure you have travel insurance (compulsory for all our guests). Please bring a photocopy of your passport photo page for local registra?on purposes. Be responsible about any medical condi?ons you may have. Pack your medica?ons and prescrip?ons as necessary.

9 Inclusions 6 days / 5 nights food and accommoda?on. Group transfers to the airport or nearby hotel a#er the retreat. All ac?vi?es on the program. We get picked up from the centre of Ubud on the first day of the retreat at 2pm. You are expected to make your own way there, and then your transfer to the village is included. 10 Terms and Travel insurance is mandatory for all our guests. Please confirm any special dietary needs before booking. Please note that for reasons of safety we cannot take guests who have a fatal allergy to any food/food groups. We are unable to provide separate meals and are very aware the closest hospital may be 2 hours way. Love my Body medical ques?onnaire/waiver to be submi8ed. A non- refundable deposit of 50% is required within 7 days of booking being made. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. Cancella?on fees may apply. All funds are non- refundable if a guest chooses to cancel within 30 days of retreat start date. Refunds/credits will not be given a#er journey commencement, even if services, ac?vi?es or meals are unused or cancelled for any reason.
