Given Serbia s EU integration process, special attention is given to quality improvement, which is a most important and current issue. It gets a new dimension and becomes growingly the basis of the organization's survival in the market. The main objective is to provide an international forum for the exchange of know-how, experience, research results and information about different aspects of the state-of-the-art and future development of quality management/integrated management system (IMS) and total quality management (TQM)/business excellence (BE). The event involves philosophical, scientific and practical concepts related to research, development and application of quality management-based approaches and IMS. Experts in the field of quality have been invited to send their contributions on relevant topics. The conference will attempt to provide answers from technical, scientific and research point of view regarding the development of quality management, as well as to showcase some best practices in regional projects which could contribute the development of quality management. Independent partner other organisation/association organising a local event The City of Belgrade, the Belgrade Chamber of Commerce and the Central European Development Forum (CEDEF) "Belgrade Investment Days" Regions open for business Belgrade 21-22 September 2015 Forum is a unique business platform for economic cooperation, which will bring together companies, investors, banks, funds, Chambers of Commerce, the diplomatic corps, branch associations, cities, regions and clusters of Southeast, Central and Western Europe, Russia, the Caspian basin, China and the Middle East. Special interest in investing in Serbia exists in the fields of industry, agriculture, renewable energy (Energy and Ecology), information technology, real estate and health tourism, which will be the central theme of this forum. Apart from the promotion of Belgrade and Serbia, the goal of this event is to gather a large number of foreign investors and investment funds that are interested in investing and to introduce large number of new investment projects. The Inaugural Conference will be held on 21-22. September 2015 in Belgrade and it will bring together over 300 representatives of the investment community from Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, Russia, China and Turkey. The focus of investors are large infrastructure projects of the City of Belgrade, the projects of public institutions and other local governments, investment and cooperation opportunities in the private sector as well as companies in the privatization process. Belgrade is on the investment map now. It plays centerstage as the preferred focal point where all the actors of economic growth in the region will be meeting. It is a strategic crossroads location and the natural connecting point of East and West, North and South, right at the confluence of two European rivers: Danube and Sava. Investors, banks, investment funds, public and private companies, technology vendors, utility operators, project developers and national and local government will be meeting on this event. Establish direct contacts and hold numerous meetings with relevant parties. Discuss investment opportunities in the fields of energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, ITC, tourism, agribusiness and plenty more. 5
