ZCSD PRESIDENT Peter Grubb is our ZCSD 8th and present president and last year Vice-Prez. He has the privilege of being the President during Club 20th Anniversary. Peter was born and raised in San Diego the East County part of it. He was an Aircraft Mechanic for over ten years now he do merchandising in local retailers. He became part of ZCSD as he needed a club that was going to help him with the vehicle he was going to purchase, nissan 350Z, that was his first and only Z. His most rewarding experience with the club is learning what a president of a club has to do, its being according to Peter the best experience he has had. His envision for the ZCSD Club future is that the club is able to bring the Z National Convention back to Southern California. Also that the club can bring together the old and new generations together with the upcoming convention. Some of the activities that the club participated under Peter s presidency were: Various Z brunch and EZ breakfast runs, 20th Anniversary Party,Borrego Springs wild flower run, Motor Sports West Coast Nationals, Big Bear Mountain Run, JCCS,Z32 Cannonball Rally, ZCCIV Annual car show, Bottom Buster Motor Tour, Drive Inn Movie Night, Coronado Speed Festival, Nethercutt Museum, Winery drive, and very soon our well awaited Holyday Party. 10

Short note from your editor Oh!!!, Well another year is about to pass lets not look at the money spend keeping our Z s on the road, but lets remember how much fun it is to drive them around town, curvy mountain roads, highways and by ways, the thumbs up from the by standers young and old. And all the friends that share this enthusiasm and love for what is most likely one of the best sport cars in the world. I wish you all the best for the new year to come and want to thank everyone of our club members and sponsors as well as all the guess speakers that took time away from their busy schedule to inform and teach us. And of course our spouses and family that for the most part put up with our Z car love and support us all the way. With the new year approaching I can help, but wonder what's going to be the next Z car repair quite frankly, who cares we always find a way to keep our Z cars running, weather is a friend from the club, an internet forum, a Facebook friend the Z car God always provides the answer and the help needed. Also thanks to all that helped and contributed to the Newsletter hope you all have enjoyed this your ZCSD Club publications. 6
