The earlier in the season you can schedule your date, the less crowded it tends to be. We suggest picking two or three possible dates. Decide if your outing will include catering. Groups of 20 or more can purchase discount tickets with advance registration. No pavilion is included. Groups of 50 or more can plan a catered meal at one of our park pavilions. Catering includes a delicious all-you-can-eat buffet meal plus beverage service from an hour before until an hour after the meal. Please include 48 hours advance registration. No personal checks accepted. Call 412-464-9931 to be connected to the appropriate sales staff. Your Group ales Representative will make reservations for your outing and assist you with selecting the best date, ordering tickets, purchasing fun money, and supplying promotional materials. An exact count or payment is not needed at this time. Relax and enjoy! On the day of your event, you are able to relax and enjoy your picnic. Feel free to contact your ales Representative regarding any last minute questions or requests. Event planning has never been so easy! Return unused tickets. Unused tickets are to be returned within two weeks of your picnic date. All invoices are net 30 with all payments due by eptember 20, 2013. The Group Consignment Ticket Program allows you to give your members the option to visit Kennywood any day of the 2013 summer operating season at the discount prices listed below. These tickets are issued on consignment, and a minimum of 100 tickets must be purchased. Your organization is responsible for all money collected and insures payment for all tickets not returned, including lost or stolen tickets. Final payment is due eptember 20th, 2013. PICNIC POLICIE To help ensure the best possible day for your group, please use the following guidelines: 1. The length of your meal time is determined by the size of your group. # of Guests erving Time 50-225...1 Hour 226-999...2 Hours 1000+...3 Hours If you wish to extend your serving time, each additional hour (two hour maximum) is $2.50 per guest per extra hour based on confirmed meal count. 2. Catering service is based on a minimum of 50 guests. Please note, if your group does not meet the required minimum, you will be charged for the minimum requirements. 3. All catering arrangements must be confirmed at least three weeks in advance of your picnic. At that time we need the following information: a) Your estimated number of guests b) Your menu choices c) Your serving time 4. A guaranteed count for the number of guests must be placed at least five days in advance of your outing. 5. orry, no rain checks. Groups that cancel after the five-day period will be billed 10% less than their guarantee. Please note, in the event of a rain out, your unused leftover food can be picked up at our tratwood Catering facility located on Lincoln Way in White Oak. Prepared food can be picked up at our tratwood kitchen within 48 hours of your event, otherwise it will be donated to the Three Rivers Food Bank on your behalf. 6. Due to the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture regulation 46.384-441, we are not permitted to leave leftover food after your catered meal is complete. 7. orry, organized groups may not bring outside caterers, food or beverages into Kennywood. 8. GENERAL PARK INFORMATION Parking: GATE A - Free parking lots. GATE B - Preferred parking. $6.00 per vehicle. GATE C - hort term parking/drop off, and pick up. GATE D - Free bus parking, PAT bus drop off, access to Gate 2. GATE 2 - Picnic basket drop off. General Info: Please get a hand stamp at the park exit if you wish to re-enter on the same day. Bus drivers are admitted Free with ID at Guest Relations. Wagons, strollers, and wheelchairs can be rented at the Front Gate Gift hop. Guests with questions on disabilities should check with the Rider afety Center at the park entrance. An official Height tation is located at the Rider afety Center at the Front Gate. ATM machines are at the Front Gate, Parkside Café, Lost Kennywood Gift hop, and Kandy Kaleidoscope. We accept all major credit cards and Travelers Cheques at Guest Relations, all gift shops, admission booths, and most food stands. Park Opening & Closing Times: Kennywood's gates open at 10:30 a.m. Attractions will open progressively each morning beginning at 11:00 a.m. and close progressively each evening based on crowd size and weather. Rides: Park features 31 rides, including 6 coasters: 3 wooden, 2 steel, and 1 indoor. Kiddieland has 14 rides and closes earlier than the rest of the park. Children must be able to walk on their own to ride. hirts and shoes must be worn on all rides. Line jumping and improper behavior are causes for dismissal from the park without refund. Food: 18 refreshment stands and a cafeteria-style restaurant provide many food and beverage options. Individual picnic baskets and coolers may be brought into the park. Picnic tables in groves are subject to availability. Groups may not bring in an outside caterer or food for all group members. Must be 21 to enter Beer Garden (ID required). Entertainment: Costume character visits.
