The SCA BoD grants Avacal permission to move forward in its Kingdom bid, and to conduct a formal polling to determine if Avacal will advance as a Kingdom. 35. Ellias and Keira Torynsdottir Avacal holds official polling of the populace to determine its will to move forward as a Kingdom. Polling results returned as inconclusive as Avacal did not return a representative number of ballots to reflect the opinions of her populace. Avacal is told to refocus, develop an open dialogue and re-poll within 6 months. Kvigr Ivarsson and Svava Suanhuita Fall Grande THUA session held - Shire of Sigelhundas Region of Lethbridge granted status of Incipient Shire of Windwyrm at the hand of HM King Styrkaar. Avacal will present her formal bid package to the SCA BoD to become Kingdom.
