Terms & Conditions Certificate Number 1. Lodging: This Get Up & Go! Certificate entitles the recipient to two nights of accommodations in a Studio Resort Hotel room at one of the resort properties described. Accommodations are for two adults 28 years of age or older and up to two children under age 12. Sorry, no pets. 2. Availability: Accommodations are assigned subject to availability and certain restrictions listed. Availability may be limited one week before and after major US holidays. The following black out dates apply - Christmas week and Easter week (no travel is permitted). 3. Activation (STEP I): You must activate within 45 days of receiving this Certificate, at which time you will select your destination. There is no cost to activate. An Activation Acknowledgment Letter will be mailed to you within 72 hours that will provide you with your unique toll-free 800 number to central reservations for you to call when you are ready to make your reservation. 4. Travel Window: Your activated Certificate will be valid for 12 months from the Activation Date or no later than December 31, 2015, whichever comes sooner. Travel must be completed before the expiration date. 5. Reservation (Step 2): Reservations must be made 30 days prior to travel. At the time the reservation is confirmed, a $125 refundable credit card deposit is required at the time of reservation confirmation and will be refunded 30 days after check-in automatically to the same credit card used to make the deposit. A Reservation Confirmation Letter, including check-in information and directions, will be mailed to you within 72 hours. Your reservation confirmation letter, a major credit card and a valid driver s license will be required upon check-in. 6. Incidental Charges: This Certificate is for hotel accommodations only (European Plan) and does not include transportation, parking fees, airfare, room taxes ($4-$19 per night), meals and any miscellaneous expenses.
