A minimum stay of 3 nights will apply for Long Weekends, Easter Weekends, Christmas and New Year. 4 General Information Children The lodge does not have entertainment facilities for children. Children over the age of 12 are considered adults and will be charged the full rate. Children under the age of 12 will be charged 75% of the standard rates. Payments Bookings will only be confirmed once a 25% deposit has been received. Full payment will be required 30 days prior to arrival date. Full payment will be required for all reservations made < 30 days prior to arrival. Arrival and Departure Times Check-in: 14:00 to 18:00 Check-out: 11:00 Guests who wish to arrive earlier or check-out later will be charged a day rate of R300 per person. No Show Policy Rooms will automatically be released if guests have not checked in by 18:00, unless prior arrangements have been made for a late check-in. Cancellations Policy Cancellations must be submitted in writing and will forfeit the deposit paid. Cancellations received 2 to 4 weeks prior to arrival shall forfeit 75% of the total amount. Cancellations received within 2 weeks of arrival shall forfeit 100% of the total amount. Private transfers Arrangements for private transfers can be made through the central reservations office. Kindly advise and we will quote accordingly. Beverages Itaga is a licensed establishment therefore no beverages may be brought onto the property. Filter coffee is available at breakfast. Additional filter coffee during the day will be charged to the guests account.
