Rates are subject to change and therefore need to be reconfirmed with the resort. Baggage allowance is 20Kg and 5kg hand luggage for both services. Any excess baggage is chargeable and will have to be paid directly to the Se aplane Company at USD 5.00 per 1 KG and to the Domestic transfer airline a t USD 0.75 per 1 KG. The resort must receive full flight details at least 7 days prior to the arrival in order to guarantee the transfer seats. Failure to do so may result in additional waiting time in the resort Lounge or overnight in Malé at the cl ients additional cost. Departing guests will be transferred to the airport at least 3 hours in advanc e of the scheduled departure time of the international flight. Guests arriving on international flights will be required to check in at the TMA seaplane counter in the international arrivals terminal before 16.00hrs in order to be able to transfer to the resort on the same day or the y will require overnight accommodation in Malé (under their own arrangement) and will be transferred to the resort the following morning. D omestic transfer can be arranged subject to availability. Guests departing Malé on an international flight prior to 0900hrs will be tran sferred late the previous afternoon. Accommodation can be booked in Malé at an additional cost. Return seaplane or domestic flight + speedboat transfers will automatically be booked with the resort at the time of booking, unless other instructions a re explicitly stated in the booking request. In the event of any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, aircraft or unserviceable equipment, operational condi tions or requirements, cause the cancellation of the flight then the guest wi

Any change of date after the airline ticket for domestic flight has been issue d will be charge at US$50.00 per seat changed and will be payable by the tour operator. The seaplane lounge is amongst the few seaplane lounges in the Maldives th at remains open in the evening. Guests who have flights departing late in th e evening can book access to the lounge from 5pm onwards, thereby avoidin g the necessity of reserving dayuse rooms in nearby resorts. Rates for using the lounge in the evening are US$ 100 per person for adults and US$ 50 per child under the age of 12. This rate includes use of all the lounge facilities, shower facilities, light buf fet dinner and soft drinks. The Aqua Retreat and Celebrity Retreat rates on page 1 are valid for 4 guests (a dults or children) including breakfast days prior to arrival, a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the accommodation charge is required. 3. For all bookings made within 90 days of arrival, a non refundable deposit of 50% of the accommodation charge must be received within 72hrs unless otherwise agreed on different terms at the time of booking days prior to arrival, a full nonrefundable prepayment of remaining accommo dation charge is required. 5. For all bookings made within 30 days of arrival, a nonrefundable deposit of 100% of the accommodation charge must be Received within 72hrs. 6.
