APKASI INTERNATIONAL TRADE AND INVESTMENT SUMMIT (AITIS) 2015 INDONESIA INVESTMENT WEEK It is the government which has the strategic role in stimulating the increased activity of business and investment related with the empowerment of all potentialities of local natural resources. AITIS 2015, which will be held by APKASI (Association of All Indonesia Regency Governments), with the membership of 412 regency governments, is an annually promotional activity of trade and investment of regency governments, facilitating the communication reach of local potentialities in the international economic activity. This acitivity, involving the cross-sectoral ministries, becomes the arena of promotion and discussion for all levels of governments: regency governments, municipal governments, provincial governments, central government, and national as well as international businessmen, in competing over various opportunities and challenges for trade and investment, among other things, in the fields of agriculture and plantation, mining and energy, infrastructure, tourism and creative products, marine, and other natural potentialities, spreading all over the archipelago and being open for all parties for the empowerment thereof.

PROCEDURE OF PARTICIPATION A participant of the APKASI INTERNATIONAL TRADE AND INVESTMENT EXHIBITION 2015 should book an exhibition area by means of an initial confirmation to the organizer by fill in the Exhibition Participation Form to be addressed to the organizer by means of fax to fax nos.: 021-5711463, 021-79198214, 021-7994152, or by means of e-mail to: peserta@ aitis.co.id The first payment of exhibition participation investment should be amounting at least 70% (seventy percent) of the total amount of the payment. To be made at the latest 2 (two) weeks upon submission of Exhibition Participation Form. The remaining payments should be made within a period of not more than 2 (two) weeks prior to the exhibition date. A participant that has registered as an exhibition participant may not cancel its participation unilaterally. A participant cancelling its participation of exhibition one month before the implemantation date shall be obligated to pay full payment in conformity with the booking value. All prospective participants of exhibition will obtain an information book entitled AITIS 2015 Event Manual and will join the Technical Meeting to be held on April 16, 2015 in the hall of APKASI secretariat.
