Carl and Nancy Brenn finally arrived. So our group is pretty much complete now. Clem, even though he doesn t win the 50/50 very often, did win the birthday drawing. The 50/50 was won by Fred Miller. Scratch-off winners were Bernie Rasmussen, Bette Jayne Spinney, Gail Heller (won 1.00), Fred Enck, Dave Davidson, Caroline Thies, Franz Breunig, Linda Karl, and Barb Enck. Kasey Sheldon was the guest of her grandparents, Willie and Penny Grosslinger. We also have some new members, Dave & Jo- Anne Bennett, and Billy Marszal. It s great for the club when new people join, it only strengthens the group as a whole. The group decided to change the Let s Meet for Lunch to the 4 th Saturday each month. It should help financially to spread some of our regular events out more. The membership also voted to donate money to a young Oneonta girl, age 9, who suffered and aneurism and is at Albany Medical Center. I would like to thank Caroline for taking over for me today, it makes it easier on me when I know there is someone I can depend on. Things are a little tough for me right now and I really appreciate the help. Let s Meet for Lunch At lunch at Verns we had 12 members and 1 guest (our Grandson Kyle) and 2 prospective members Lenny and Sonja. so there were 15 in all. Jim & I, Jackie & Fred, Anita & Jim, Karl & Nancy, BJ & Dick, Rogers brother Fred and Ruth Shanks. Teri 1

Remember, you don t NEED a destination, just ride till you want to stop and eat! Aug.7 July 3 Aug. 14 July 10 Aug. 21 On Weds June 12 th the first ride of the season was held. Ray & Elma led fourteen people to the Woodstock Museum In Bethel NY. Except for a few detours, unplanned, the group went to Jeffersonville NY for lunch, then headed for the museum. On the way home we stopped outside Hancock NY for Ice Cream. It wouldn t be a Retread ride if we didn t stop for Ice Cream. We think everyone enjoyed the trip.
