PROGRESS PARK CONNECTOR ROAD ALTERNATIVES
ALTERNATIVE # 1 West from the intersection of E. Lee Trinkle Drive and Gator Lane intersection. Intersect Peppers Ferry Road approximately 1 ¼ miles east of the I 77 Interchange with Peppers Ferry Road. Peppers Ferry Road will be 6 lanes from its intersection with connector road to Country Lane where it will increase to 7 lanes until the northbound I 77 exit/entrance ramps.

Six lanes (4 northbound, 2 southbound) north from Nye Road intersection to Peppers Ferry Road to a signalized intersection at Peppers Ferry Road. Peppers Ferry Road will be 7 lanes from Country Lane to I 77 Northbound exit/entrance ramps. I 77 northbound exit/entrance ramps widened to 5 lanes. Peppers Ferry Road bridge over I 77 will be 6 lanes.

Lee Trinkle and Gator Lane intersection west and intersect with a Nye Road Extension. o Existing Nye Road will be right in/right out at Peppers Ferry Road. Alternative 3A: From Nye Road intersection, six lanes west to a signalized intersection at Peppers Ferry Road (4 westbound, 2 eastbound). Peppers Ferry Road will be 7 lanes to I 77 Northbound exit/entrance ramps. I 77 northbound exit/entrance ramps will be widened to 4 lane and the Peppers Ferry Road bridge over I 77 will be 4 lane.

2024 Supplemental Analysis Progress Park Development Cap Two lane paved, graded for future median and four lane divided Progress Park Connector route from the intersection of E. Lee Trinkle and Gator Lane intersection west and intersect with Peppers Ferry Road (Alt. 1 and 2) and intersect with Nye Road (Alt. 3) Alternative 1: Minimal improvements at intersection with Peppers Ferry Road, up to 15,000 vehicles per day. Alternative 2: Minimal improvements at intersection with Peppers Ferry Road, up to 17,000 vehicles per day. Alternative 3: Minimal improvements at intersection with Nye Road, up to 12,000 vehicles per day.

Progress Park Utilization TWO LANE INITIAL BUILDOUT WITH GRADING FOR FOUR LANES Two lane paved section will be adequate for Progress Park buildout utilizing typical trip generation traffic numbers for industrial land. The two lane section will be adequate until additional Board permitted development or development within the Town creates traffic conditions which exceed the development cap.
