ADS Requirements Hong Kong AIC -09-11 With effect from 12 December 2013, all aircraft flying over PBN routes L642 or M771 at or above FL290 within Hong Kong FIR, shall be installed with ADS-B equipages complying with the requirements in paragraph 3.1.. 3
ADS-B Hong Kong 2.2 With effect from 31 December 2014, all aircraft flying within Hong Kong FIR at or above FL290, shall be installed with ADS-B equipages complying with the requirements in paragraph 3.1. 4
ADS-B Hong Kong Aircraft not having the relevant operational approval or the aircraft does not carry an ADS-B transmitting equipment that meets requirement specified in paragraph 3.1 or the aircraft does not carry a serviceable ADS-B transmitting equipment will be assigned a flight level below FL290. 5
ADS Requirements Tiawan AIC-02-12 On and after 12 December 2013, aircraft flying over routes B576 or B591 at or above FL290 within Taipei FIR, shall carry ADS-B Out equipage complying with the requirements in item 3. Aircraft not having the relevant operational approval or not carrying an ADS-B Out equipage that meets requirement specified in item 3 or not carrying a serviceable ADS-B Out equipage will be assigned a flight level at or below FL280. 6
ADS-B Taiwan On and after 31 December 2014, aircraft flying at or above FL290 within Taipei FIR, shall carry ADS-B Out equipage complying with the requirements in item 3. Aircraft not having the relevant operational approval or not carrying an ADS-B Out equipage that meets requirement specified in item 3 or not carrying a serviceable ADS-B Out equipage will be assigned a flight level at or below FL280. If an aircraft carries ADS-B Out equipage, the aircraft operator must have the relevant ADSB operational approval from the State of Registry. 7
ADS- B Requirements Singapore AIC -14-2010 On and after 12th December 2013, if an aircraft operates on Airways L642,M771, N891, M753, L644 and N892 bounded within Singapore FIR Boundary to 070000N 1080000E At or above FL290: 8
Singapore ADS- B Requirements b) the aircraft operator must have the relevant operational approval from the State of Registry. 2.2 Aircraft that does not have the relevant ADS-B operational approval from the State of Registry will be assigned a flight level below FL290. 9
ADS- B Requirements Viet Nam AIC -03-13 This AIC informs the pilots and aircraft operators on Civil Aviation Authority of Viet Nam s plan to implement the use of Automatic Dependent Surveillance Broadcast (ADS-B) that with effect from 12 December 2013 instead of current implementation of Automatic Dependent Surveillance Contract (ADS-C) services within portion of the oceanic ATS routes in Ho Chi Minh FIR, at or above FL 290 in order to support future increase in the airspace capacity and allow better flight accessibility to these ATS routes. 10
Viet Nam ADS-B From 12 December 2013, if aircraft operates in Ho Chi Minh FIR on the eight (8) oceanic ATS routes including L625 M771, N892, L642, M765, M768, N500 and L628, at or above FL 290, they must meet the following requirements The aircraft operator must have the relevant ADS-B operational approval from the State of Registry. 11
