President Tom Beyer 1 st Vice President Craig Brinkley 2 nd Vice President Jason Friedrich Secretary Karon Beyer Treasurer Martina Pelley Trustees Linda Coleman Jim Lewis Dick Glenn Ursula Glenn Membership Mary & Chip Adams Directory/Webpage Scott Pfaff Happy February!!! By: Tom Beyer It was really cold in January. Do you think February will be the same? We had a cold rally at Seminole State Park, but we all enjoyed it. Those who attended were Scott and Jan Pfaff, Craig and Monica Brinkley and their granddaughter Audrey, Jason Friedrich, Lamar Waymire, Tom and Barbara Davis, Jim and Pat Hentz, Martina Pelley, Chip and Mary Adams, Jack and John White, Tom and Karon Beyer, and our newest members, Charles and Sue Goodman. Jason co-hosted with Karon and me and I think we have found a new breakfast chef in our club. We kept a fire going all weekend to keep warm and enjoyed the crisp cool air. Craig Brinkley, 1 st vice president, has almost finalized the 2019 Rally Schedule and will be presenting it soon. He sent out an email to everyone about us joining the January 2019 Can Opener Rally and using it as a no host rally for January. Be sure to respond to him with reservation info if you choose to go. It should be fun because of the crowd who will be attending from all over. Thank you to Scott Pfaff, one of our new members, who will be taking over the Membership Directory and the Photo Directory. He is a skilled IT person whose knowledge and skills will be greatly appreciated. President s message continued on page 2.. We have had several couples join our club in the last 3-4 months. We are so glad to see new faces and hear of camping experiences and future camping plans. Be sure to welcome our new members when you have a chance to meet them. Thanks to Mary and Chip Adams for their membership follow up. Stay well and avoid catching a cold or the flu. This has been a nasty season. It s still not too late to get a flu shot. Bill and Linda Coleman and Martina Pelley will be hosting the February Rally at Eagle s Roost in Lake Park Georgia.
