The average width of this zone must be at least 30 meters; Recreate a wetland at the foot of the Saint-Jacques escarpment fed by rainwater from the escarpment, groundwater, and, if needed, by pretreated rainwater from the road network; Replant trees on the land acquired along boulevard de Sainte-Anne-de- Bellevue and certain parts of the Saint-Jacques escarpment.
