The Century Tree President's Endowed Scholarship was funded in October 2012, and the first scholarship was awarded in August 2014. Each year, a deserving Texas A&M student receives a $4,000 to $5,000 scholarship which represents the investment earnings of this permanent endowment. The project also because a way for Aggies across the southern United States to grow a little piece of Aggieland in their own front yard, to be enjoyed by Former Students and their families for generations to come. Century Tree seedlings are grown from acorns harvested from the Century Tree in the Academic Plaza, located in the heart of the A&M campus. These live oak seedlings are available for purchase year-round and range in height from 6-18 inches tall, depending on the time of the year. Brazos County A&M Mothers' Club "Like" this page Brazos County Aggie Moms (closed Facebook group for members) Proceeds from this year's Aggie Century Tree Project will fund a $25,000 Endowed Sul Ross Scholarship for the Corps of Cadets at the Texas A&M Foundation. If you are interested in purchasing a tree for yourself or for your loved ones, contact Andy Duffie @ www.aggiecenturytreeproject.com. Include Brazos County Aggie Moms Club to help our organization receive a portion ($20) of the sale of each tree. Additionally, he will be speaking to the Brazos County A&M Mothers' Club on Thursday, February 8 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at J Cody's Restaurant.

Aggie Mom Camp is also a great weekend for the experienced Aggie Mom. In addition, we have loads of fun!! There are campus tours, group sessions, skits, shopping, and lots of bonding with both "old" and "new" Aggie Moms. Join us for Aggie Mom Camp to meet other Aggie Moms and have a wonderful weekend in Aggieland!
