It is currently not on the designated trail system. The Forest Service is adding this to the NFST system in winter 2016/17. Needs include signage, overall maintenance. Opportunuty for high profile TMEF funding recognition. Trail heavily used during all seasons, good early summer trails, summer tourism, fall colors and winter snowshoeing. Some minor retaining wall maintenance needed to keep tread stable. Tree mortality is also affecting stability. Work to include stabilization and erosion control.
