We write to you to confirm that these meetings and the sponsorship by Symantec as the meeting host is with full BSI agreement and I attach a copy of the Meeting Announcement and details of travel logistics and local hotel arrangements. The location is close to Junction 11 of the M4, and is easily accessible by bus or taxi from the main Reading railway station. Meeting attenders should check in with the Symantec Executive Briefing Centre (EBC) reception upon arrival. The meeting will be held in Conference Room 1 of the EBC. The phone number of the EBC is Wireless Internet access will be provided in the meeting room. There is a cafeteria within the building at which lunch is served. Parking is available in designated visitor spaces close to the building. TRAVEL & DIRECTIONS Driving Directions From Junction 11 of the M4 At Junction 11, turn onto the A33 towards Reading Town Centre and the Madjeski football stadium. Verizon will be on your left-hand side, go straight across the first roundabout, then take the slip road to the left, at the first roundabout go straight over, at the next roundabout go straight over (Costco will be on your right), carry straight ahead. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit and continue, take the next left into Symantec car park, once in the car park take the first left and park in the visitor spaces. From Reading Town Centre From the Inner Distribution Road (dual carriageway) follow signs for the A33 towards Basingstoke and the M4. When on the A33 go straight over the first roundabout by Thames Water, at the second roundabout, by Lancaster Jaguar showroom, get into the far right hand lane and follow round to the right, you will be facing B&Q. Take the 2nd exit onto GreenPark, go left at the traffic lights, Symantec is the fourth set of buildings on your right, once in the car park take the first left and park in the visitor spaces. 4 Public Transport Directions Reading station (code RDG) is served by a large number of services from throughout the UK, and particularly by a frequent service from London Paddington, with the fastest journey time being only 30 minutes. There are two ways to reach Reading station from Heathrow Airport take either the direct RailAir coach service, or the Heathrow Express train service that takes 16 minutes to London Paddington station followed by a First Great Western service from Paddington to Reading. There is also a direct train service from London Gatwick airport to Reading station that takes 75 minutes and runs at approximately hourly intervals. The GreenPark FastTrack bus connects GreenPark to Reading Town Centre and the Rail Station. The service runs from Monday to Friday inclusive between 07:00 & 19:00, at an interval of 7-8 minutes. The buses are numbered 52 or 53 and leave stop SI (SMS Code: rdgdjmt) on Station Hill close to the Rail Station. Meeting attenders should alight at the stop opposite (53) or adjacent (52) to 400 Brook Drive, depending on the service. A taxi station is located right outside Reading Station and will cost no more than 10 to Symantec, Brook Drive, GreenPark.
