3 VSU description The current proposals include: a new Northern ticket hall at the junction of Bressenden Place and Street; an enlarged existing line ticket hall; nine new escalators; seven new passenger lifts providing step-free access between street, ticket hall and line platform levels; step-free interchange between the line and District and Circle lines platforms; improved access to and from National Rail station LFEPA access shaft to improve safety and emergency access for the station. 3
