3 Operating Procedures 1) Ensure pump lever is in the OFF position before commencing operation. Your card will not activate the system unless the pump handle is in the OFF position. 2) Insert card fully and withdraw. 3) Select either 1 to receive a receipt from your previous transaction or 2 to begin fuelling. 4) Enter pump number and press OK. 5) Enter Pass code (formerly PIN) and press OK. 6) Enter unit number (if required) and press OK. 7) Enter odometer reading (if required) and press OK. 8) Remove nozzle and turn pump lever to the ON position. 9) Squeeze nozzle lever to fill tank. Satellite Pump Operating Procedures When main tank is nearly full, release nozzle but leave in tank and ensure main pump switch remains in the ON position. 10) Lift nozzle on corresponding satellite and turn satellite pump lever to the ON position. Satellite pump will not run unless the main switch is in the ON position. Please note the main pump and satellite pump will not run simultaneously. 11) Squeeze nozzle lever to fill second tank. 12) When second tank is full, turn off satellite pump switch and replace nozzle. 13) Return to main pump and top up main tank. 14) When filling is complete, you must ensure that the main switch is turned to the OFF position and replace nozzle. 15) Insert card fully and withdraw. 16) Select 1 to receive your receipt. 17) If you are unable to receive a receipt, ensure that the pump is turned off and try again. Report any operating issues to the pump attendant. Troubleshooting If the cardlock is out of order or the system cannot properly read your card, please follow these instructions: Inform the pump attendant of the problem. Ask the attendant to try your card or to authorize the pump from inside the station using the cardlock card. If there is a problem with your card, contact the credit department at to order a new card. If you are not requested to enter your Pass code or the pump says Pump in use, please ensure that the pump is turned to the OFF position and try again. If you are unable to obtain a receipt, ensure that the pump lever is in the OFF position. If a receipt is still unavailable report to pump attendant. In extremely cold weather conditions (less than -20 degrees Celsius), if flow rate is unusually slow, release nozzle lever and wait seconds. Ensure pump remains in the ON position. Resume Fuelling and flow rate should continue normally. Husky Shower Policy Shower facilities are available at most Husky s and many other locations that feature Route Commander cardlock service. Husky s shower policy is as follows: One free shower with a fuel purchase of 200 L or more within the past 24 hours (proof of purchase required). All other customers $7.00 without a fuel purchase. Please see the retailer at the site if you require soap or a towel.
