3 Shop Trading Hours (G1enelg Tourist Precinct) The Parliament of South Australia enacts as follows: Short title 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Shop Trading Hours (Glenelg Tourist Precinct). (2) The Shop Trading Hours Act 1977 is referred to in this Act as "the principal Act". Commencement 2. This Act will come into operation on a day to be fixed by proclamation. Amendment of s. 4-Interpretation 3. Section 4 of the principal Act is amended- (a) by inserting the following definition after the definition of "garden supplies" in subsection (1): "Glenelg Tourist Precinct" means that part of the State delineated and marked Glenelg Tourist Precinct in the plan in Schedule la;; (b) by striking out the definition of "the Metropolitan Shopping District" from subsection (1) and substituting the following definition: "the Metropolitan Shopping District" means that part of the metropolitan area that does not include the Central Shopping District or the Glenelg Tourist Precinct;; (c) by inserting the following paragraph and word after paragraph (b) of the definition of "shopping district" in subsection (1): (ba) the Glenelg Tourist Precinct; or. Amendment of s. It-Proclaimed Shopping Districts 4. Section 11 of the principal Act is amended by striking out "or the Metropolitan Shopping District" from paragraph (a) of subsection (1) and substituting", the Metropolitan Shopping District or the Glenelg Tourist Precinct". Amendment of s. 13-Hours during which shops may be open S. Section 13 of the principal Act is amended- (a) by inserting "or the Glenelg Tourist Precinct" after "Central Shopping District" in subsection (1); (b) by inserting "or the Glenelg Tourist Precinct" after "Central Shopping District" in subsection (2); (c) by striking out "or the Metropolitan Shopping District" from subsection (5) and substituting", the Metropolitan Shopping District or the Glenelg Tourist Precinct"; (d) by striking out "or the Metropolitan Shopping District" from subsection (5d) and substituting", the Metropolitan Shopping District or the Glenelg Tourist Precinct";

Amendmeat of s. 13A-Restrictions relating to Sunday Trading 6. Section 13A of the principal Act is amended- (a) by striking out "or the Metropolitan Shopping District" from subsection (1) and substituting". the Metropolitan Shopping District or the Glenelg Tourist Precinct"; (b) by striking out "or the Metropolitan Shopping District" from subsection (3) and substituting ". the Metropolitan Shopping District or the Glenelg Tourist Precinct". ldsertion of new' Schedule 7. The following Schedule is inserted after Schedule 1 of the principal Act:
