Regional Parks are normally 20 acres of park land for i,ooo residents and must be a minimum of 250 acres. It also states in the Comp plan the city will work with Lovers Key to accomplish this goal The City s Park Master Plan according to the Comp Plan should contain a level of service for community parks at.8 acres of developed park land for i,ooo residents.
