5 The Azuero Peninsula is located in the Province of Los Santos and has long been a touristic haven. It s soft sand beaches, gently rolling hills, world class water sports and national parks make it a tourist and ex-pat mainstay. Due to infrastructure growth, real estate values in Azuero will continue to trend upwards. Demand from locals, tourists and retirees remains strong. Azuero continues to be one of the fastest growing areas in Panama.
