5 LBL International LBL INTERNATIONAL is one of the few companies created in the early 1990 s in Cambodia that is still in operation. LBL is situated at the high-end of the construction market and specializes in the implementation of prestigious projects such as the construction of luxury hotels, exclusive villas, Embassies, office and residential buildings. A leader in this domain, with nearly 200 references and a reputation for quality and professionalism, it is now crossing Cambodian borders to work in neighboring countries. LBL INTERNATIONAL has also widened its offer to deliver services to other sectors, such as infrastructure (laying of telecommunications optical cable), public works (roads, bridges), technical constructions (electrical sub-stations, fluvial quays, embankments) and specialized works (airports, schools, hospitals). In addition to this LBL is now developing its activities in Thailand and Laos. LBL INTERNATIONAL is a French-Cambodian company managed by Thierry Loustau and Lysine Khao-Levasseur. Robert Latil is a non executive member of the Board of Directors. LBL INTERNATIONAL s development is essentially based on its local capacity and integrating its services from first conception through to turn-keys completion. LBL has an office of architects, an office devoted to technical and environmental design (construction), as well as workshops and joineries with technicians in various trades including wood, metal and waterproofing. The aim of LBL is to continue to respond to market needs in the area of up-scale construction utilizing its local competency. LBL has thus decided to follow an ambitious policy based on the development of its human resources, through training and internal promotion, by welcoming new Cambodian trainees each year and by regularly recruiting the best of them. LBL INTERNATIONAL is registered with the Ministry of Commerce under the license number IV E; with the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction under the license number 73 Rbk³ dns /Gs; with the Ministry of Economy and Finance under the license number VAT ; and has been issued the authorization number 079 / L.CIB by the Council for the Development of Cambodia. Thierry Loustau-Khao Managing Director Cécile Lysine Khao-Levasseur Administrative and Financial Director International & European Law graduate. He worked at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Back in Cambodia, he set up LBL and is actively engaged in the reconstruction and preservation of contemporary Khmer architecture. Cécile Lysine Khao-Levasseur has studied trade and industry in France. She has been heading businesses in France and in Cambodia for more than three decades. COMPANY PROFILE 5
