2 ITINERARY Day 01 Arrive Delhi Arrive at the New Delhi International Airport by BA 257 at 0815 hrs from London. Following customs, immigration formalities and baggage collection, a Cox & Kings representative will be waiting for visitors with a hand held signage bearing the name of the group as you exit the arrivals terminal building. Proceed for an orientation tour of Lutyen's Delhi.driving past the India Gate (War Memorial Arch), Rashtrapati Bhawan the President s Residence, the Parliament House the Government headquarters and other Government buildings. Later transfer to hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel experience Indian warmth and hospitality as you are greeted with a traditional welcome at the hotel. The guests will be welcomed by the Aarti ceremony where the forehead is anointed with the traditional red tika which is considered auspicious and a hostess will shower flower petals on the guests. Check in to the rooms (Rooms are being held for usage from 1400 hrs onwards). Buffet lunch at the hotel. Afternoon, proceed for a visit to Lutyen's Bungalow followed by Hi Tea A sprawling heritage property, built in 1937, excellently located in the plush green heritage zone of central Delhi. Lutyens bungalow is named after the famous British architect who designed the area as well as the President's Palace, the Rashtrapati Bhavan. It is picturesque, built in the colonial architectural style, with large open courtyards and mature gardens spread over 1 acre.

3 Following the visit, a walking tour of the Lodi Garden. Lodi Garden is one of Delhi s most beautiful and popular parks. Here monuments are located amidst landscaped gardens. The most prominent are the 15th and 16th century tombs and a beautifully decorated mosque. There are smaller structures belonging to the late-mughal period as well. Welcome dinner at Lodi Garden Restaurant (a Mediterranean cuisine restaurant) Optional: Welcome dinner at Taipan restaurant at The Oberoi New Delhi - a rooftop restaurant A Cantonese and Schezwan cuisine restaurant at The Oberoi in New Delhi, with a seating arranged in scalloped window- and wall dining booths, or under the tassled canopy that occupies the centre of the restaurant. Day 02 Delhi - Agra - Delhi Early, cold breakfast at the hotel restaurant. After breakfast, leave for a day trip to Agra (approx 4 hrs drive). Upon arrival in Agra, visit Mehtab Bagh to see the Taj Mahal from the opposite bank of river Yamuna. The Garden complex, situated on the opposite bank of the Taj Mahal, is known as Mehtab Bagh, or The Moonlight Garden. Recent excavations revealed a huge octagonal tank furnished with 25 fountains, a small central tank and a baradari on the east. Later visit Taj Mahal (transfer to Taj Mahal in battery operated buses). Famed with one of the Seven Wonders of the World - Taj Mahal, Agra is one of the most popular tourist destinations in India. Agra is a virtual fort of history and architecture located in the state of Uttar Pradesh in

4 India. Historical monuments, architectural grandeur ventures and the beauty of marbles, Agra thrives as one of the tourist destination in India. Buffet lunch at hotel ITC Mughal Optional: Table serivce lunch at the Peshawari restaurant at ITC Mughal Agra In an ambience reminiscent of the rustic charm of dining in the warmth of tents under a starry sky in the cold desert terrain of the North West Frontier, Peshawri brings to Agra an award winning menu of delicacies cooked in the clay tandoor. Optional: A visit to Mother Teresa's Missionaires of Charity. Spend time and interact with the inmates. A tea/ coffee session will be organized It is a non-profit organization established and directed by the religious family founded by Blessed Teresa of Calcutta, the Missionaries of Charity. The Center s aim is to serve as a centralized and authoritative source of information on Mother Teresa, to facilitate the spread of authentic devotion to her, and to safeguard her words and image from misuse or abuse. The founding of such a Center was first proposed by the Office of the Postulation of Mother Teresa in 2002 and is a development of that Office s work of supporting authentic devotion and knowledge of Mother Teresa. Afternoon is free for Shopping in the local market of Agra. Shop around in the local market famous for leather shops, petha (sweet), handicrafts, garments etc. Later drive back to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, transfer to hotel. Buffet dinner at the hotel.

Optional: Room drop suggestion - Group photo at Taj Mahal in a customized photo frame Day 03 Delhi Optional: Yoga session at the hotel/ Lodhi garden Yoga is the physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India with a view to attain a state of permanent peace. The term yoga can be derived from either of two roots, yujir yoga (to yoke) or yuj samādhau (to concentrate). The Yoga Sūtras of Patañjali defines yoga as "the stilling of the changing states of the mind". Yoga has also been popularly defined as "union with the divine" in other contexts and traditions. A day to showcase the different Moods of Delhi using different Modes (public transport) of Delhi Proceed for Tuk-tuk ride in the colourful markets of Chandni Chowk which is then followed by a walking tour of Chandni Chowk - walk along the colourful lanes of this historic city and witness the riot of colours and the brilliant architecture. On the way, you will be visiting Sis Ganj Gurudwara (a Sikh temple constructed to commemorate the martyrdom site of the ninth Sikh Guru, Guru Tegh Bahadur). Also enter, Gali Paranthe Wali, (literally "the bylane of fried bread") is the name of a narrow street in the Chandni Chowk noted for its series of shops selling paratha, a fried Indian bread. From here on, a fleet of cycle rickshaws will drive you through the narrow colourful alleys of Chandni Chowk. A brief halt at Jama Masjid (the largest mosque in India). Visit Jama Masjid the principal mosque of Old Delhi commissioned by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, it is the largest and best-known mosque in India. Lunch at Olive Bar & Kitchen - a Mediterranean cuisine restaurant An ancient Mughal mansion beneath a banyan tree finds itself transformed into an exotic meeting place for recipes from around the Mediterranean. 6 here to create an unforgettable Mediterranean mosaic. Optional: Visit Sanskriti Kendra and participate in various workshops. Sanskriti literally means 'the process of cultivating ; The Foundation has been working towards cultivating an environment for the preservation and development of the artistic and cultural resources not only of India but also of the world as a whole. Sanskriti Kendra is a cultural centre with a difference - it is a place where artists and sculptors, writers and musicians, and village craftsmen, can practice their arts in congenial and tranquil surroundings that induce creativity. The buildings are semi-rustic in appearance, with ample space between them for strolling or catching a breathe of fresh air- but not so far apart as to engender a sense of isolation. The landscaped grounds filled with a profusion of trees, present a picture of seemingly organic growth. Hopefully, Anand Gram, as the complex is called, will in the years to come, remain just that - a blissful village. Different workshops will be arranged during the day, each team will create a piece during the workshop. A panel of judges will declare the winning team. It will be a fulfilled day with team building activities and a vegetarian meal will be organized at the Sanskriti kendra.
