Social ballroom is an expansive venue for exhibits, large-scale banquets, themed events and receptions that can also be divided for smaller assemblies, while the Showroom s built-in stage and theater seating are specially made for presentations that will surely hold everyone s attention. FOURTH FLOOR CONFERENCE SPACE Every element of our meeting space was conceived to make your meeting planning and execution run smoothly and effectively. With a set of 8 individual meeting rooms and a boardroom, the Icon rooms are ideal for small to mid- sized meetings conveniently located near one another. SPECIAL VENUES Host an event at the pool with a perfect backdrop for an outdoor reception either during the day or at night. To accomplish this, our corporate citizen efforts are embedded in our meetings offerings, allowing clients to reduce costs and simply meet responsibly.

29 MEETINGS FOR GOOD We currently offer Caesars Meetings for Good to facilitate community engagement among Caesars-operated resorts, meeting customers and local non-profit organizations in Las Vegas, Atlantic City and New Orleans. Ask about Meetings for Good to learn about turnkey opportunities to give back as part of your event. CLEAN THE WORLD All Caesars U.S. properties collect and donate lightly used soap and bottled amenities to Clean the World, to be recycled and distributed to people in need around the world. To date, team members have collected over 2.2 million bars worth of discarded soaps and shampoos. TEACHER EXCHANGE In Nevada, we encourage meeting customers to donate conference materials, including notepaper, pens, display materials, binders and equipment for the benefit of local school children. Donations go to a reuse resource center for public school teachers, offering learning tools that enhance classroom projects and curriculum.
