The organisers reserve the right to cancel, combine and restrict classes. Riders may ride more than one horse in a class 4. Entries will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. 5. No refunds will be given after closing date of entries unless with a veterinary/doctor s certificate less 20% admin fee. 6. No refunds due to weather. 7. Please ensure passport is available as random passport inspections to be done. 8. A horse/pony may not compete in more than two tests of any grade per day. Horses/ponies are only eligible to ride in 2 grades at any one show. All persons participating at this event do so at their own risk and will have no claim against the Fairfields Equestrian Centre, Dressage South Africa (DSA) or the South African Equestrian Federation (SAEF), including any officials, employees, members, affiliated bodies, show-holding bodies or sponsors of Fairfields Equestrian, DSA or SAEF, for any damage or loss of property or death or injury of persons suffered during or in connection with this event from any cause whatsoever. No minor may participate in this event without the permission of his/her guardian, who indemnifies Fairfields Equestrian Centre, DSA and SAEF (including all other persons and bodies) against any such claims by such minors Graded Online Entries: I hereby certify that the above details are correct. I also undertake not to bring any horse to the show which has an infectious disease, whether notifiable or not, or which horse I could reasonably be expected to know has an infectious disease or may spread an infectious disease. I undertake to withdraw the horse from the event (with forfeiture of entry fees) if subsequent to entering it should develop, or should circumstances arise under which the competitor can reasonably be expected to know that the horse has developed or may have developed, any such disease or the ability to spread such disease.

There will be 8 qualifying shows held at 3 different venues in order to qualify for the Championship prizes you will have to have attended a minimum of 4 qualifying shows. 2. If you attend more than 4 qualifying shows we will take your 4 highest scores into consideration for the championship and drop the rest (this will give you the opportunity to lose the scores of a bad show day) 3. The scores will be calculated as follows both tests will be added together on the day of the show and divided by 2 that percentage will be used for the final calculations. 4. There will be a Champion and Reserve Champion in every level, in addition we will be awarding a prize to the highest qualifying THOROUGHBRED, SPORT HORSE (warmblood, boerperd etc) and PONY RIDER calculated over the series. 5. Riders may change between classes but their scores will not be carried to the new grade.
