The north and south halves of Big Hole Tract No. 8, New Brunswick District, have been set apart for the Red Bank and Eel Ground Bands, respectively.. The Brothers No. 8, New Brunswick District, has been set aside for the Amalecite Tribe. 5. George sland, George's Sand sland, Bill Hook sland and Fish sland, all around Lennox sland and comprising,095 acres, are Federal Crown Land set apart for the Lennox sland Band, Prince Edward sland. 6. Aboushagan No. 9, Fort Folly Band, New Brunswick District, is Federal Crown Land whose status remains undetermined. 7. The name of the Middle River Band, Nova Scotia District has been changed to Wagmatcook Band, effective April, Bear River No. 6A, Bear River Band, Nova Scotia District, was sub-divided to form two separate reserves, Bear River No. 6A and Bear River No. 6B, effective October, 97. Remarques. La reserve Malagawatch n a été mise à l'usage exclusif des bandes Chapel sland, Eskasoni, Middle River, Sydney et Whycocomagh du district de la Nouvelle- Ecosse.. La bande Afton utilise 80 acres de la réserve Franklin Manor n, dans le district de la Nouvelle-Ecosse, et la bande de Pictou Landing en utilise 50 acres.. Dans le district du Nouveau-Brunswick, la moitié nord de la réserve Big Hole Tract n 8 a été réservée à l'usage de la bande Red Bank et la moitié sud à l'usage de la bande Eel Ground.. La réserve Brothers n 8, dans le district du Nouveau-Brunswick, a été mise à l'usage exclusif des Amalécites. 5. Les îles George, George's Sand, Bill Hook et Fish, situées autour de l'île Lennox et comportant une superficie de,095 acres, sont des terres de la Couronne réservées à l'usage de la bande Lennox sland (le-du-prince-edouard). 6. Fond du Lac No. 7 and Fond du Lac No. 8, Fond du Lac Band; Bittern Lake No. 8, Lac la Ronge Band; Southend No. 00, Peter Ballantyne Band; and Chicken No., Stony Rapids Band, Prince Albert District are Federal Crown Land in the process of being established as ndian Reserves within the meaning of the ndian Act.. Last Mountain Lake No. 80A, Touchwood- File Hills-Qu'Appelle District, has been set apart for the Pluscowpetung, Pasqua, Piapot, Day Star, Gordon, Muskowekwan and Poorman Bands.. The Meadow Lake District was established effective April, 97; the Canoe Lake English River, Joseph Bighead, Meadow Lake, Peter Pond, Portage la Loche, Turnor Lake and Waterhen Lake Bands and their reserves were transferred from the North Battleford District into the new District. 5. The easterly portion of Peter Pond No. 9, Turnor Lake Band, North Battleford District has been established as a separate reserve, to be known as Turnor Lake No. 9, effective April, 97. REGON DE SASKATCHEWAN Remarques. Dans le district de North Battleford, la réserve de Little Pine and Lucky Man n 6 est détenue conjointement par la bande de Little Pine et celle de Lucky Man.. Le district de Meadow Lake a été créé le er avril 97; les bandes et les réserves de Canoe Lake, English River, Joseph Bighead, Meadow Lake, Peter Pond, Portage la Loche, Turnor Lake et Waterhen Lake ont été transférées du district de North Battleford au nouveau district. 5.
