And last, the pomp of the Château de Versailles and the sumptuous parties organized by Marie-Antoinette represent the last French touch with the offer «Grand Bal à Versailles». In an atypical and cheerful spirit, Florence organizes professional events such as meetings, Christmas parties or cocktail parties... Juggling successfully from one to the other, her clients are amazed by her perfectionism, her creativeness and her joviality. Ever since her first trip to New York, her hearts is beating for its yellow cabs, the hospitality of its inhabitants, its buildings, its Statue of Liberty... Innumerable emotions have become intermingled in her heart. It s perfectly obvious: the story between the US and her will be long and bright. Florence has known for so long how strong the links are between these two countries, which met along History and which succeeded in establishing friendly and permanent bonds. The Statue of Liberty, gift from the people of France to celebrate the centenary of the American Declaration of Independence is a strong symbole for both American and French people. It is even stronger for Florence, it makes her shudder each time she sees it. Her love for America merges with the passion she has for France. She strolled around the winding streets of Montmartre coming out at the Place du Tertre more than once and knows the Château de Versailles and its garden as if she was one of its prestigious tenants. The adventure Just Oui Multiplying the journeys between France and the United States, Florence became more and more immersed in the culture after each trip. First, she organized oenotouristic week-ends with tastings in original places or proposing a picnic in the heart of Central Park with Ariane Daguin and her products from Gascogne. And then little by little an idea arises in her mind: her wish is to use her know-how in events to serve her passion for France and for the country she loves, the United States. 4 The different worlds of Just Oui Grand Bal à Versailles 1776 You dream of an evening during which your guests become princesses and princes? The United States proclaimes its independence from British control with the support of Louis XVI who became king of France only two years before. In Versailles, the château lives a revolution before the Revolution with Marie-Antoinette, last queen of France, who changes the habits of the court. In France, the Parisian society of La Belle Epoque has discovered the bohemian style in the cabarets of Montmartre. A place where everything is possible, there is no other area in Paris like Montmartre. Artists rush there to live eccentric evenings full of insouciance and French Cancan. Just Oui offers an original evening which combines the spirit of Paris and the explosion of sparkle and sequins we can see as soon as we push the door of the Moulin-Rouge. In a hushed atmosphere, the Paris of «La Belle Epoque» transforms your evening in a burlesque show with dancers performing on wild rhythms, and on the rhythms of the accordion.
