Ten years later, Gaston Pollet-Villard dashes into the construction of a tourist residence called La Résidence with its 86 apartments. The entrepreneur is then interested in the hotel business and this adventure begins with the opening of the hotel Beauregard ««««in 1922, quickly followed by the hotel l Alpen Roc «««. Joined by his son Olivier in 2009, a new journey begins with the construction of the first and unique 5 star-hotel of La Clusaz : Au Cœur du Village, Relais & Châteaux followed-up in 2010 by the acquisition of the hotel Christiania «««. Understanding that needs were evolving, they opened a new tourist residence, Les Grandes Alpes ««««then in December 2016, Les Cimes «««««. In 2013, they settle towards the shores of the lake Annecy to acquire the iconic hotel Impérial Palace ««««. Mythical hotel and also Casino and Congress Center of Annecy.
