4 Special notes: Upon request we can arrange rent a car booking, or for groups, bus transfers from airports to the event center. VISA REGIME: The citizens of the most European countries does not need visas to enter Montenegro. Within SEEOA countries, no visa is needed for any member country, just a valid passport or even for some countries ID card is enough. 5 PRELIMINARY EVENT PROGRAMME: Wednesday, 23 rd August: Unitl 20:00 Arrival, registration 14:00-19:00 Model event 20:00 Team leaders meeting Thursday, 24 th August: 11:00 1 st stage, Sprint distance, IOF WRE 15:00 Opening and prize giving ceremony 20:00 Team leaders meeting Friday, 25 th August: 10:00 2 nd stage, Middle distance, IOF WRE 18:00 Prize giving-ceremony for middle distance 19:00 Team leaders meeting 20:00 SEEOA meeting 1 st session Saturday, 26 th August: 10:00 3 rd stage Long distance, IOF WRE 18:00 Prize giving-ceremony for long distance 19:00 Team leaders meeting 20:00 SEEOA meeting 2 nd session Sunday, 27 th August: 09:30 4 th stage, Relay. 14:30 Closing and victory ceremony.

6 CLASSES & REPRESENTATION: in accordance with SEEOC rules. MEN: M16, M18, M20, M21Elite. WOMEN: W16, W18, W20, W21Elite. Entries / Start fees: 30 eur per competitor for all stages (in accordance with SEEOC Rules). Punching: electronic punching system will be in use. Additional rent fee is 10 eur per person for the whole Championships. The teams will be charged 40 EUR for lost SI card. A member Federation may enter a maximum 4 runners in each class for all competitions. All 4 runners can participate in individual competitions but only the two best runners from each country can obtain points for the country standings. A Federation may enter 3 runners with a 4 th runner stated as a substitute for the Relay only. In this case no start fee will be charged for the substitute runner. However, this runner cannot participate in the individual competitions, but can only run in the Relay. A Relay team consists of 3 runners in classes above. Incomplete teams and teams with runners from more than one Federation are not allowed. Under no circumstances may persons other than entered competitors participate in the competition.

7 Entries must be done by National Federations using official entry forms and following deadlines: Preliminary (quantitative) entry forms: non later than 24 th May Accommodation bookings: non later than 24 th June Final (nominative) entry forms: non later than 04 th August Final team composition entry forms: non later than 22 nd August 2017 until 10,00h. IMPORTANT NOTE: All women and men elite runners must be registered with IOF Eventor also, since all 3 individual distances are World Ranking Events!!! WINNING TIMES:

Training map is at walking distance from Žabljak city centeras well as from all official accomodation places. Map/Terrain shall be considered also as a model event for almost all of the SEEOC STAGES. Accommodation is possible in a days before or/and after competition with a same prices. In order to secure your accommodation bookings, please make your reservations well in advance. Summer season in Durmitor is pretty much visited by lot of foreign and domestic tourists. We can not guaranty availability for accommodation requests after booking deadline of 24 th may 2017 All accommodation offers (from type A to type D) are near by city center of Zabljak city as well as from Event Center. Distances are from 100 to 900 meters.
