1 under (5) of the Constitution of Republic of Kosovo and article 14 point 4, article 46, 47 of the Law nr. 03/L-223 on Kosovo Judicial Council, KOSOVO JUDICIAL COUNCIL 1. For publishing the joint vacancy with Kosovo Prosecutorial Council for fulfillment of the vacant job post for Director of Office of Disciplinary Prosecutor. 2. Department of Administration and Staff of the Secretariat of Kosovo Judicial Council is obliged that in cooperation with Human Resources Office of Prosecutorial Council to announce the vacancy as foreseen by point 1 of this Decision. - Kosovo Prosecutorial Council

2 under (3) of the Constitution of Republic of Kosovo and article 4 of the Regulation on the Process of Judges Appointment and article 14, point 4 of the Law nr.03/l-223 on Kosovo Judicial Council, KOSOVO JUDICIAL COUNCIL 1. On assigning officers of the Judicial and Prosecutorial Assessment Office in Kosovo Judicial Council and Kosovo Prosecutorial Council. 2. The Secretariat of Kosovo Judicial Council is obliged to implement this decision jointly with equivalent service of Kosovo Prosecutorial Council through drafting and signing the Memorandum of Understanding. REASONING In order to have a more effective performance during the process of Judges` appointment, Kosovo Judicial Council agrees that officers of Judicial and Prosecutorial Assessment Office, nine (9) of whom are currently performing joint work for KJC and KPC to have proportionally sharing of work and tasks they have towards both Councils, namely six (6) officers of this Office to remain in KJC and three (3) others to be transferred to Kosovo Prosecutorial Council. From the above mentioned the decision is brought as in the clause of this Decision. - Kosovo Prosecutorial Council

3 On its fiftieth (50) meeting held on 14 th of September 2011 and based on article 108 point under (1,2) of the Constitution of Republic of Kosovo and article 14 point, point 4 of the Law nr.03/l-223 on Kosovo Judicial Council, KOSOVO JUDICIAL COUNCIL 1. The amount from 80 (eighty) Euros that are taken from the Office of Disciplinary Prosecutor and Judicial Performance Assessment Unit (former Judicial Audit Unit) on behalf of the danger that exists in their work, from now on is annulled. 2. Decision enters into force in the date of its signing and it is implemented from 1 st of January Office of Disciplinary Prosecutor - Judicial Performance Assessment Unit

4 under (2) of the Constitution of Republic of Kosovo and article 14 point, point 4 of the Law nr.03/l-223 on Kosovo Judicial Council, KOSOVO JUDICIAL COUNCIL 1. Municipal Court in Mitrovica is authorized to issue certificates to persons that are not under the investigation, for citizens of Zubin Potok and Leposaviq municipalities respectively. 2. The certificate may be issued to the person after to the Court is presented the proof from Kosovo Police extracted from the data base, and after the Court conducts verification in the Public Municipal Prosecution Office. - Municipal Court in Mitrovica - District Court in Mitrovica - Municipal Prosecution Office in Mitrovica

5 On its fiftieth (50) meeting held on 14 th of September 2011 and based on article 108 point under 1 and 2 of the Constitution of Republic of Kosovo and article 9 point 1.1 and based on article 14 and point 4 of the Law nr.03/l-223 on Kosovo Judicial Council, KOSOVO JUDICIAL COUNCIL I. Commission in charge of Normative Issues is established with the following composition: 1. Agim Maliqi 2. Malcom Simmons, and 3. Zhivojin Jokanoviç II. III. The Secretary of the Commission on Normative Issues is appointed Astrit Hoti, Senior Legal Officer in the Secretariat of KJC.
