She is responsible for integrating the REC`s goals and mission as well as responding to the stakeholders` needs in the programs run by the COM on the environmental issues. To this end, she takes care of the organization s development and financial management and takes part in fundraising to support the constituencies and provide the necessary assistance in addressing the environmental needs in Macedonia. She has a profound insight in the environmental issues and sustainable development in Macedonia. As a person supporting the early development of the Non Governmental sector in Macedonia since 1991, she managed a number of grant and training programmes to strengthen the capacity of environmental NGOs but also to support the development of practical demonstration projects etc. (i.e. SECTOR, Green Pack Junior ). She participated in design and coordination of various public campaigns (i.e. Protection of Ohrid Lake, promotion of cycling in Macedonia etc.), promotion of public participation (during the development of the Strategy on Clean Development Mechanism, the Law on Air Quality etc.). She took part in nature protection projects (protection of the natural reserve Ezerani, Transboundary Diagnostic Analyses of the prespa Lake) etc.), waste management projects (prefeasibility studies on waste management for South-eastern and Polog regions) and institutional development in waste management, such as public private partnerships (e.g. issuing concessions on integrated waste management in South-eastern and Polog regions). She is well acquainted with the institutions and their performance in Macedonia; she maintains a developed network of contacts which helps in day to day management but also in developing strategic approaches when implementing projects in Macedonia. Her professional occupation is the environmental engineering and through her over 5 years of experience she worked on projects related to improvement of regional integrated waste management in Republic of Macedonia; introduction of BAT and usage of alternative renewable energy resources: bio-mass and bio-fuels; improvement of nature protected areas and biodiversity etc. She was also actively participating in various Leadership Programmes designed to help teams and coalitions in accelerate building of leadership capabilities, working on self-mastery, adaptive leadership, strategic communications, stakeholders involvement, initiation of decision making process and rapid results project design.
