4 50 th International BSA Rally, 3 rd Ð 10 th of august 2013, Valldal, Norway. At the Rally-site there are places for campers, both with and without electricity. There is a price pr. day for caravans/motor homes. Cabins - there are a number of cabins on the Rally-site, and within walking distance nearby. The cabins are of different standard, from a small type for 4 people without bathroom or water, to luxury cabins for 6 people, and a house for 8 people nearby. Cabins and house need to be cleaned when leaving them. Bed linen is included in the price of the largest cabins and the house, but not for the smallest cabins at the Rally-site. It is also possible to book a pre-installed tent with equipment, at the Rally-site. Booking for the cabins will open on 15 th of January and closed at the 1 st of February. Payment for the cabins must be confirmed within 20 th of February. The general deadline for booking for the rally is otherwise 15 th of April. Basically, the principle of first come first served applies, but we reserve the right to prioritize the ordering of four or more people together. Cabin orders are binding, but we do not guarantee the cabin until we receive payment. Cabin orders will be handled only from the 15 th of January. Due to our financial obligations to the owners of the largest cabins, these cabins will not be available for booking at all after the 1 st of March. If any of the smallest cabins on the Rally-site should be available after the 1 st of March they will be reserved as the orders come in until they all are taken, until the general deadline 15 April. We will create a list for this in case any reservations drops out. Breakfast can be pre-booked with the Rally booking, but it can also be ordered in the reception one day in advance. Breakfast will be served at the Rally-site, and it will be a buffet of traditional foods from the area. 5 BSA Owners Club International Rally Rules Each participant declares to be aware of these rules; 1. The Rally shall be known as: "The BSA Owners Club 50:th International BSA Rally". 2. The Rally shall be open to all members (and their families) of the BSA clubs as recognised by them in their members-lists. 3. All participants will be expected to attend with a BSA motorcycle as defined by the BSA OC (UK) in the BSA OC (UK) Members Handbook. 4. Any person wishing to attend without a BSA motorcycle may do so only if they have permission from the organising committee. Such permission shall only be given when the committee feels that there are extenuating circumstances. 5. Any non-bsa motorcycles that are at the Rally subject to rule 4 must be kept in a designated area whilst on the Rally site and must not participate in any official run out or line up. 6. Any other vehicles, including trailers, brought on to the Rally site must be stored so that they do not interfere with any camping or other site activities. 7. All participants will behave in a reasonable manner and will comply with all reasonable requests to moderate behaviour or to comply with any Health and Safety requirement. 8. Any rules or Health and Safety requirements set out by the campsite will be considered rules of the Rally. 9. Attendance is by pre-booking only. Attendance by members arriving without pre-booking will be subject to availability, after all pre-booked members have been considered, will be subject to a surcharge of 10%. 10. The signing of the booking form is considered as acceptance of these rules. 11. The Rally Committee reserve the right to refuse admission and to deal with misbehaviour as they see fit and will enforce these rules according to their interpretation of them. 27
