2 Time May Daze 2017 Schedule Activity Friday, May 19, :00 pm Hall opens for set up volunteers welcome for this activity. Contact Kendra Grams or Leola Grams to help with set up. 6:00 pm Sign AFRC Guest Book upon arrival Meet and Greet Barbecue Menu: Burgers with fixings, salads, beverages, etc. $6.00/person Fundraising activities/events Door prizes; Sale of 50/50 tickets, silent or raffle tickets for prizes. Entertainment by Alice Tinordy Accordion player two hours 7:30 pm Further hall set up if necessary Visiting Sign up for field trips / demonstrations Free coffee 8:00 pm Presentation by Belinda Crowson of the Galt Museum Background music while visiting 9:00 pm Entertainment at the Casino in Lethbridge 10:00 pm Hall locked for the night

Notes: Drive Safe Coffee will be available during the hours the Community Centre is open, please be patient when the hall opens each day. Alcohol we do not have a license to serve, nor should there be alcohol in the hall. 6 DIRECTIONS TO DIAMOND CITY From Fort Macleod Head East on Highway #3 towards Lethbridge After you pass Coalhurst, AB you will start to come up on the City of Lethbridge City Limits. You will need to take the exit marked: #25 South to West Lethbridge North to Picture Butte You will need to take the left fork and head North to Picture Butte. Diamond City is approximately 20 km north on Highway 25. It will be on your right hand side of the road. The Hall is located on the East part of the Townsite. 3 rd Street and Underwood Avenue From Granum Head East on Highway 519 towards Nobleford and Pitcher Butte. Passed Nobleford and before Picture Butte you will come to a T-intersection between highway 519 and 25. Turn south towards Shaughnessy, continue south Diamond City. The Hall is located on the East part of the Townsite. 3 rd Street and Underwood Avenue. From Lethbridge / Medicine Hat After you proceed through Lethbridge on Highway #3 on the Western outskirts of Lethbridge you will need to take the exit marked: #25 North to Picture Butte You will proceed north on Highway 25 for approximately 20 km. Diamond City will be on the right hand side of the road. The Hall is located on the East part of the Townsite. 3 rd Street and Underwood Avenue. See maps
