2 About us Ridgeline began life as a New Zealand owned and operated specialist outdoor clothing brand at the hands of Peter Maxwell. In mid-1993 Peter began working on the first Ridgeline designs and the product range was successfully launched in the March/April 1994 issue of NZ Guns & Hunting magazine. Prior to commencing Ridgeline, Peter had manufactured his own range of tough motorcycle and motocross clothing, which gave him a hands-on insight into what Kiwi outdoors people needed - clothing that was warm, light, comfortable and able to handle a lot of very rough treatment. In the early years the Ridgeline brand achieved a high level of acceptance with New Zealand hunters, but Peter s time was always divided between his manufacturing and magazine editing tasks, which meant that Ridgeline did not always receive the attention it deserved. So when Cameron Sports Imports Ltd. indicated an interest in acquiring the Ridgeline brand, the deal was done. Since then, with innovation and hard work the brand has grown exponentially - becoming a market leader in the Australasian hunting clothing scene and now branching further afield into the likes of Southern Africa and Western Europe. The Ridgeline philosophy has been consistent from the early beginnings until now - to ensure that comfortable, durable performance outdoor clothing should be affordable. With grass roots in the rugged New Zealand Mountains, Ridgeline has developed a specialist range of fabrics to suit just about any challenge your environment can throw at you. With the characteristic Ridgeline Big Four - Warmth, Comfort, Durability & Functionality, combined with superior designs, Ridgeline is a market leader. Ridgeline came to the UK in 2007 and since then has gained a reputation for offering the UK outdoors enthusiast exceptional value for money country clothing, that does exactly what it says on the tag. Ridgeline has quickly become the first choice for the professional outdoors person whether they are in the highlands of Scotland Stalking, or sitting in a hide in the lowlands of Norfolk waiting for that elusive wading bird. We understand that outdoor clothing must first and foremost be functional and practical, but we also understand that we must keep up to date with the latest fabric technologies and offer the customer the best value for money without compromising on quality.

3 Index Ultra Performance: Ultra performance garments have been developed to withstand the extremes of weather whilst remaining light and easy to carry. We have used the best available technology to construct this range of outdoor wear to ensure it is as waterproof, breathable, light and as quick drying as can be achieved. Extreme Performance Clothing: These garments are developed for extremes of wet and cold giving maximum protection against the elements. Using fabrics such as RL-TEX PRO TM and RL-TEX TM these are made from laminated shell fabrics with Waterproof ratings of: 10,000mm H²0 and are highly breathable. These garments are seam sealed and are highly waterproof High Performance Clothing: Garments that are developed to cope with normal English weather conditions which use the QUIET- TEX TM and QUIET-TEX TM pro membranes. They are made with membranes that have waterproof ratings of 8,000mm H²0 and are breathable and seam sealed. Performance Clothing: Performance clothing uses Southern Star TM fleece or other fabrics which are developed to be hard wearing and warm. Often the fleece contains a membrane which makes the garment wind-proof and water resistant (not waterproof) and offers the consumer great value for money. Bags and Accessories: High quality products that are made to exacting standards and offer great value for money. These are not included in the Ridgeline rebate scheme.
