These materials are also used in military garment making. The heavy shell fabric is a blend of cotton and Cordura. The second fabric is used for protection pads on the outside. This is a heavy, PU-coated, water resistant 100% Cordura weave. The third fabric is imperative for these trousers: a heavy compact weave of 100% Kevlar. It is this fabric that takes care of protection. It is impenetrable for any wild beast's fangs. This material is used by the military and the police for their bulletproof vests. Generous patches of Kevlar are sewn into these trousers on critical places to protect the main blood vessels of a man's leg.
