Screw Knob Turn the screw knob clockwise to tighten the mechanism and produce a fine grind, and anti-clockwise to produce a coarse grind. To re-fill the pepper or salt mill fully unscrew the knob and take off the top. Easy refill. Materials At David Mason Design we only use the finest grade materials. The design, manufacture and production of our mills is tightly controlled to ensure quality throughout the process. Packaging For our mills we offer new solutions, distinctive packaging and innovative designs. All designed in the UK. Mechanism All our mills incorporate a copyrighted Spring Tension system. This helps in the adjustment of the grinder via the Screw Knob for either pepper or salt depending on what is being used in your mill.
