Cost : $25 per person Money to be collected at time of departure. What: Two hour river tour going through the Cedars Lock in Little Chute. Photo from Coast Guard River Tyme Too seaworthy test...yes, you are seeing correctly! There are 45 barrels of beer on the boat for the test. Each barrel weighs pounds thus simulating 40 people for the certification cruise. No beer was lost resulting in a passed test and certification for cruising the river. 5 Culinary Corner Brisket of Beef No-Bean Chili Dip 2 (15-oz) cans Hormel No-Bean Chili 8-oz cream cheese 1/2 c sour cream 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp prepared mustard 1/2 to 1 tsp chili powder 1/4 to 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce Combine and heat through in a crockpot Enjoy!! Deb Locy 6-8lbs brisket of beef Place meat fat side up in large baking pan. Season both sides with soy sauce. Cover and bake 6 or 7 hours at 250 degrees. Remove from oven, cool and refrigerate. When ready to use, slice or shred starting at small end and return to pan. Cover with the following Bar B Q sauce. 1 1/2 cup ketchup 1 cup water 3 or so dashes Tabasco sauce 2 tsp Worcestershire 1/3 cup vinegar 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp liquid smoke 3 shakes soy sauce Mix all ingredients and simmer for 30 min. Pour over brisket and cover with foil. Bake at 275 for one hour. Serve on rolls. I have served this many many times and it has been very popular with a crowd. Carole Retacco Page 5
