The Mill Valley resident earned his Real Estate license in 2005, joined Coldwell Banker the following year and, in 2008, became a member of its International Diamond Society, an honor recognizing the top eight percent of Coldwell Banker agents internationally in sales. A San Francisco native, Daniel moved to San Rafael with his family in 1987 and graduated from San Francisco State University with a business major and a him a wealth of experience in dealing with all sorts of people, running a business and organizing tours. When I was younger, I felt I was too shy for sales, he said, but I like to help Then I can be quite successful. And, I get the best high knowing I had a part. Dan recently joined the San Francisco Association of Realtors and works on both sides of the Golden Gate. Since I grew up in the city and also have lived in Marin County a long time, I know both areas well, he said, although he concentrates on Southern Marin along with most of San Francisco. He has his own team of stagers, painters, electricians and plumbers. Not long and within 10 days, we got multiple offers over the asking price. He also put people together and make deals happen quickly, he said. In his off hours, Dan enjoys hiking and biking on Mt. Tam, sailing on the bay, reading biographies and cooking.
