2 Sydney Day by Day Itinerary Sunday / August 2, 2015 Melbourne - Sydney Group transfer to Melbourne Airport. Fly from Melbourne to Sydney via Qantas on an afternoon flight. Welcome to Sydney! A representative will meet you at the airport and assist group with transfer by private coach from the Sydney Airport to the hotel. Accommodation: Parkroyal Darling Harbour 150 Day Street Sydney Superior Room with Full Breakfast Daily About your hotel After a day out exploring the things to do in Sydney, there s nothing quite like returning to the lush comforts of PARKROYAL Darling Harbour, Sydney s hotel rooms and suites. Rest your eyes on fabulous views of downtown Sydney as well as the Darling Harbour precinct, and wake up refreshed in our modern accommodation complete with top-of-theline amenities. Check-in followed by time to freshen up. Later group will be transferred to the Sydney Tower Restaurant for Welcome Dinner. Sydney Tower Restaurant is the most spectacular showcase of Sydney and its cuisine. Immerse yourself in amazing 360 degree views of Sydney harbour and beyond in the highest revolving restaurants in the southern hemisphere. Enjoy the buffet which offers fresh seafood including fresh virgin oysters, Australian carvery and International dishes all while soaking up the spectacular Sydney views. **Smart casual dress required. Entry to Sydney Tower is via the Sydney Tower Dining Reception Desk located on Level 4 in Westfield Shopping Centre Sydney, between Castlereagh and Pitt Street. Clients must check in at reception 15 minutes prior to booking time and obtain a lift pass to access the tower. Tables will only be held for up to 15 minutes after the confirmed booking time so if clients are delayed they should contact the restaurant on to amend the reservation time (subject to availability). Please note that there is a dining time of 1.5 hours for all Sydney Tower Buffet reservations. After dinner, the group will be transferred back to the hotel

3 Monday / August 3, 2015 Sydney Full Day Tour Full breakfast at your hotel. Today we gather for our own Private Sightseeing Tour of Sydney. Tour the historic Rocks area, Sydney's birthplace, and travel past old pubs, restored terrace houses and quaint shops. See Sydney's commercial and shopping heart, with its mixture of old and new buildings. See Chinatown and Darling Harbour before heading to historical Mrs Macquarie's Chair, where you can photograph the Opera House and Harbour Bridge together. Continue past St Mary's Cathedral and the Art Gallery to Kings Cross, scene of Sydney's nightlife. Travel through the exclusive suburbs of Double Bay and Rose Bay. Visit Watsons Bay and Bondi Beach. Lunch at Bondi Beach is included Return to the city via Paddington, with its beautifully restored colonial terrace houses. This afternoon enjoy one hour guided Sydney Opera House Tour, Sydney s most famous iconic architectural marvel. 50 years ago a young Danish architect, dreaming of Bennelong Point, designed a masterpiece which pushed the boundaries of creativity and science and put Sydney on the map forever. See inside the world s most recognizable sails. Experience this miracle of architecture and engineering. Generations of artists have

4 bequeathed to it their magnificent gifts in stone and glass, designing a unique space of solace and prayer within this vibrant city. This Cathedral represents the spiritual origins of the Catholic Church in Australia. It is one of Sydney's most treasured historic buildings and one of the finest examples of English-style gothic churches in the world. William Wilkinson Wardell, the 19th century architect, dreamed of a gothic structure shaped from the local yellow-block sandstone on which this city is built. The building was finally completed 100 years after the architect's death. The Cathedral is dedicated to Mary Help of Christians. Mary, the mother of Jesus, invites all who enter this sanctuary to appreciate their own fundamental worth and destiny. OPTIONAL AT EXTRA COST: DAY BRIDGECLIMB per person You will be transferred to No. 3 Cumberland Street, The Rocks, for your Climb with BridgeClimb. Please arrange to check in 15 minutes prior to your climb. An alcohol breathalizer test will be done prior to climbing. This is the opportunity to climb the world famous Sydney Harbour Bridge. A comprehensive briefing and safety demonstration is conducted as well as being provided with a bridge-suit, communications equipment and a bridge harness that is linked to a static line throughout the climb. You will be led by one of BridgeClimb's professional Climb Leaders, on a 3.5 hour guided journey (including preparation and briefing), to the top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. The Climb takes you along the outer arch of the Bridge on catwalks and ladders all the way to the summit, 134 metres above Sydney Harbour. The steady incline to the summit leaves you free to focus your attention on the surroundings, with the opportunity to witness 360 degree views of Sydney including east to the Sydney Opera House, west to the Blue Mountains and the Harbour city surrounds. Upon conclusion receive a complimentary photograph of your climb group, a personalized commemorative climber certificate and complimentary climber cap. Tour concludes at the BridgeClimb office. Note: Do not bring cameras, video recorders or other loose articles. Please wear suitable enclosed rubber soled shoes such as runners or hiking shoes. PVC and leather soled shoes are unsuitable. 5 OPTIONAL AT EXTRA COST: Blue Mountains Deluxe Eco Tour per person Regular Tour An AEA Luxury Tours vehicle will pick you up from your hotel to commence a full day Blue Mountains Deluxe Eco Tour. Commence your journey to the heart of a unique World Heritage Region. Travel to Featherdale Wildlife Park before any other tourists, for close encounters with native Australian animals such as kangaroos, koalas, emus and wombats. Departing Featherdale, commence your drive to the Blue Mountains travelling through the picturesque village of Wentworth Falls and onto Wentworth Falls Lookout for spectacular views over the Jamison Valley and the magnificent waterfalls after which it it s named. Enjoy a leisurely walk to see the waterfalls. Next stop is the remote Eaglehawk Lookout for views of the famous Three Sisters. Travel around the Blue Mountains to arrive at Blackheath for lunch. The afternoon is spent visiting a selection of lookouts including Govetts Leap. Drive through the historic village of Mt Wilson and stop at a remote lookout to enjoy a glass of sparkling wine or orange juice. The last stop will be Mt Tomah Botanic Gardens to enjoy a leisurely walk through the gardens enjoying the expansive views. Tour concludes at approximately 5.00pm, at which time hotel drop offs will commence. Other optional tours available upon request. Later this evening, make your own way to your local restaurant (10 minute walk) Located right at the edge of Darling Harbour which is gorgeous under the night lights. A fabulous way to spend your final evening in Sydney. 3 Course Dinner at Cyren Bar Grill Seafood Afterwards stroll, shop and enjoy your last night in Sydney. Walk back to your hotel.
