In order that we can secure the number of rooms, please transfer your payment to the account as below by August 11 th, or we are not able to reserve your spot. Please send us an including your full legal name, gender, date of birth, passport number and expiration date. Also please indicate your arrival date and departure date. 4. (2) Insurance: Proof that you are sufficiently insured during the APRW/JASPARC. 5. Getting cash We suggest all participants from abroad exchange some cash (RMB) beforehand or at the airport in Ji nan when you arrive. It is not convenient to exchange foreign currency cash to RMB other than in the airport. 6. Wi-fi Free Wi-fi will be available in the hotel.

Getting There We provide shuttle bus pick-up service at the local airport, train station and bus station. Our shuttle service will be provided according to your schedule. Please provide us your correct flight schedule on time. Also please arrive before 3pm and no later than 4pm for pickup. It takes 2 hours to the hotel or you will miss the welcome dinner. Airport pick-up: Please get to and depart from Ji nan Yaoqiang International Airport (IATA Code: TNA). As there is only one arrival gate at the airport, volunteers will be there to meet delegates. We arrange two shuttle for pickup. Please arrive at the Airport before 3pm on 23 August Train Station pick-up: We only provide one shuttle bus waiting outside the West Jinan Train Station. Please arrive at the train station before 2pm on 23 August Bus Station pick-up: Our service will be provided at Shandong Binzhou Bus Stop. There will be only one shuttle bus picking up and departing at 3pm. Please get there on time. We are going to release our bus schedules according to your TIF on 18th August. 10. Airport hotel There are airport hotels near the airport. We can send you some information if you need it. Other than that, we do not have private accommodation arrangement near that area. The closest airport hotel near TNA is called Jinan International Airport Hotel. 11. Bazaar A room will be arranged from 23 rd -27 th August specially for selling your souvenirs and CISV merchandises. 12.
