2 LOCATION Sunshine Plaza is the largest shopping centre on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland and has been servicing the local region since 1994.

3 ISSUE Spotless as Lend Lease s Facilities Manager at Sunshine Plaza were searching for a safe and powerful cleaning solution to clean the hard surfaces in common areas of the Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre.

SOLUTION After researching what was available and conducting trials, Cyndan U Beaut was the product selected for cleaning the public areas of the Centre.

Cyndan U Beaut is a heavy duty, water based degreaser specifically formulated to remove grease, wax and soot. U Beaut has been formulated as a superior substitute to replace dangerous hydrocarbon or caustic based products. It is biodegradable, non-toxic, non-corrosive, nonflammable and has no offensive odour. Use it for safe removal of industrial grease, cleaning of hard floor areas, as a spray and wipe for cleaning truck and car engines, and for machine parts and vehicles in the mining industries.
