3 TRAINING ON CAPACITY BUILDING-Intellectual Property Management at HEIs th November 2017 in ITS Surabaya, Indonesia General information All participants will arrive at the Juanda international airport. Flights were booked and paid by the project coordinator. Accommodation The participants will be hosted in hotel: - Garden Palace, Jalan Yos Sudarso 11, Surabaya ( We booked single rooms, breakfast included. Accommodation is paid by the project coordinator. CHECK-IN : November 26 th, 2017 at CHECK-OUT : November 30 th, 2017 at Transfer from the airport to the hotel Distance the Juanda International Airport-Garden Palace hotel Surabaya is approximately 24.7 km. Transfer from the Juanda International Airport to Garden Palace hotel Surabaya can using taxi prima at cost IDR250 (EUR 17). Uber (online taxi) is not available in Airport.

4 The whole training will take place in ITS campus, ± 9 km from Garden Palace Hotel Training Place 1 st floor Rectorate Meeting Room. ITS campus, Jalan Raya ITS, Keputih, Sukolilo, Keputih, Sukolilo, Surabaya, Jawa Timur Nopember Rectorate, Keputih, Sukolilo Surabaya (for the training on Monday-Wednesday, November th ) Transfer from hotel to the training place On Monday - Thursday, November th, a ITS student will wait for all participant at 8.00 in the lobby of Garden Palace hotel and go with all participant to the ITS campus by bus. From Garden Palace Hotel: go straight to Surabaya City Hall and take the ride side, go straight to Sahid Hotel and follow via Biliton for about 1.2 km. Turn left in Jalan Kertajaya, follow via Jalan Kertajaya for about 5.2 km. The venue of the study visit is at Jalan Raya ITS. Currency The currency in Indonesia is Rupiah (IDR). Credit cards are usually accepted. Social dinner We are organizing a social dinner in a ship on Thursday, November 29 th evening ( ). You will receive details during the training.
