1 2012 Index Guide Community Development CD Index i Guide to the 2012 Subject Index Committee mandate: The Standing Committee on Community Development is an all-party committee consisting of 12 Members of the Legislative Assembly including the chair and deputy chair. Its mandate relates to culture and community services; municipal affairs; and tourism, parks, and recreation. There are two indexes for the transcripts of meetings of the Standing Committee on Community Development, a subject index and a speaker index.
