5 BILL OF SALE We refer to the Aircraft Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 22 November 2013 for one (1) Airbus A aircraft, MSN 258, Registration 9A-CTF (the "Agreement") Capitalised terms used in this Bill of Sale, but not otherwise defined, shall have the respective meaning given to them in the Agreement. The undersigned is the owner of the full legal and beneficial title and has good and marketable title of that certain aircraft described as follows: Current Registration 9A-CTF Manufacturer Serial Number (MSN) 258 Installed CFM56-5A1 Engine: ESN Installed CFM56-5A1/F Engine: ESN including the auxiliary power unit, all appliances, avionics, equipment, components, parts, furnishings, instruments and accessories installed on the Aircraft on the Delivery Date as per Article 1 of the Purchase Agreement together with the Aircraft Documents (the "Aircraft").
