3 AIRCRAFT SALES (AND PURCHASE) NEW COMMERCIAL AIRCRAFT Global Aviation Partners is in a mandated sales position, which enables us to continuously offer a range of new commercial aircraft from the main manufacturers Airbus and Boeing. The aircraft are mostly fresh delivered or soon to be delivered directly from line production. Delivery times are mostly short, much shorter than a direct order with the manufacturer. Pricing is competitive and according industry standards. Procedures follow industry standards, which are safe, clear and strict. All transaction are executed under strict supervision of escrow agents and lawyers, specialized in aircraft title services. Global Aviation Partners has access to both new and pre-owned private and corporate jets on both on and off market deals. Together with our Swiss partner SR Technics and combining this with new aircraft delivery, we are able to provide brand new VIP and Corporate jets solutions.

5 LEASE AND FINANCE SOLUTIONS Global Aviation Partners has developed a strong network in the world s capital and equity markets. We are capable and able to assist our clients in their financial challenges. For several reasons clients can prefer to have the aircraft on a leasing contract rather than ownership. We can provide solutions both on dry and wet lease (ACMI) contracts, under condition that client is accepted by lessor. We work with several banks, financial institutes and aircraft leasing companies worldwide, in general creating sufficient alternatives for our clients.

6 AIRCRAFT MODIFICATIONS Several corporate contracts with MRO service providers enable us to integrate the assessment and delivery of a range of aircraft modifications for most models aircraft. All modifications are being performed at top facilities and with respect to highest quality standards available in the industry. One of our preferred suppliers is the well known Swiss company SR Technics. Realizing our customer requirements and desires for their (future) fleet, all modifications can be certified according EASA and FAA regulations and, if desired, can also be complied and certified according to local regulations. FREIGHTER CONVERSIONS Offering our clients a most flexible and cost effective solution for freighter fleet enhancement and providing an excellent fit for express and perishable cargo operations. Several partners are offering low cost freighter conversions, which are perfect to avoid the requirement for specialized cargo ground handling support. It reduces handling costs and restrictions and creates flexibility in new route development.

7 IN FLIGHT ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEMS (IFE) A unique sales and representative partnership between Global Aviation Partners and one of the top leading IFE-providers provides us the opportunity to officially represent and market the next generation of In Flight Entertainment systems. New technologies, based on glass fiber rather than traditional copper, are enabling airlines to provide their clients with better and faster entertainment and communication systems, friendly user interface and unprecedented user experience. Moreover the systems are more reliable, much lower total cost of ownership and the system itself is much more weight efficient which results in either lower fuel consumption or increase of payloads.

8 AIR FLEET MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTANCY Fundamental to our consultancy services is the customers and airlines demand perspective in relation to their environment. Consultants being dispatched to our clients take on an independent role to serve the clients best interest. Overseeing the assignment, define context perimeter, evaluate the progress and conduct meetings with the board and management for final reporting. Particular areas of close attention are business product planning, demand and market share forecast modeling as well as financial forecasting and network evaluation. Current and future profitability and achieving ambitions and goals are essential, evaluating various applications available for revenue accounting, reservation systems, departure control systems, financial accounting systems.
